Exactly. I think I'd rather have someone like Schneiderlin who can offer much more than just his physical presence and ball winning abilities, I find Wanyama to be a bit limited although effective at what he does.

Need a striker for sure, maybe 2 ? If we send Wilson on loan (which he needs), and find someone to take Chicharito, we only have Rooney & RVP, based on last years form I would'nt be confident of either hitting 20+ goals.
That's how lots of transfers go; the formal offer is made at the end after all the ground work has been done.
