12.6m for a agent to an unproven young player. These guys are such a poison. Complete leeches that should simply operate on a percentage basis the same as agents in other fields.

It also seems incredibly close to a 'bribe' in this case. Zirkzee has a release clause, so the clubs don't really need an agent to broker a transfer fee. This is the agent basically saying "pay me this absurd amount of money, for doing absolutely nothing, and I'll convince the player to choose your club over the other interested parties".
Really is madness.
Problem is not the body, its his mind. Would be a poor mans Maguire, if he could not change his mindset. This guy is an absolute unit, no idea if he's good enough for the premier league but he's certainly going to be able to handle the physical side of the game here.
I really dont see why anybody but the players should pay their agent. Its a service provided to them, and agent fees are absolutely crazy.
In this case, the player has a relatively cheap release clause. The agent is asking a fee on top for inserting that release clause and getting the player cheap to the buying club.
I am not saying it's right but giving what could be their reasoning behind it. Also, it's Kia Jowhatever, he is a notorious shitbag.
Is he not the agent Tevez had all those years ago?

Correct.
ya but he also wants his client at a big club and on more wages. Seems like they get it both ways here and that hes representing himself as much as his client.
That's what happens when the agent business is not regulated. It's nonsense.
For all the socialist leaning in Europe, the soccer business is very capitalistic.
CB 1: de light (35m pounds)
CB 2: braithwhite (55-60m pounds)
CM: Amadou Onana (35m pounds)
CF: Toney (50m pounds)

So clearly open to corruption to. It should be the players business to use an agent or not, and the agent should be paid by their employer - the player.
Contrary to popular opinion, Maguire also has good qualities in possession and is able to play in a high defensive line. We were one of the highest defensive lines in the Premier League in Ole's two full seasons, when Maguire was the first name on the team sheet. In comparison, Varane and Martínez were always one of the lowest in 2022/23.
Mind you, I'd take de Ligt if the 42m price tag is true, but he isn't worth it at 60+ for me.

NiceDelighted to see we've secured his cervixes.
I concur; he got benched for Everton as much as he was picked. Physical but bang average with the ball and not a DM, which is what we need.Onana would add nothing to the squad.
He should have been our no.1 transfer target from day one. Doesn't affect our transfer budget that much, has a good scoring record and has a good age to be a short term solution and compete with Hojlund (they can also play together since they are very different striker profiles).Chelsea and Arsenal looking at that Stuttgart ST. We should be if it’s true that’s he’s available for 15m. With the budget we’ve got you can’t go wrong with a signing like that.
Look at Yaya Toure, he hadn't even moved to Olympiakos when he was 22.I think people underrate Amadou Onana on here. At 22, he's far from the finished article and has a lot of attributes to make him a top player. Maybe he's not the right player for us at this present moment, but he'll do very well in his career.
Tier 2:
A host of Premier League sides - Manchester United, Tottenham and Liverpool among them - are closely monitoring Guehi ahead of next season.
If INEOS can't resolve that conflict of interest situation with Nice, then we may have to rule out Todibo. INEOS did assure that they'll resolve it, though, so let's see how that goes. Why not just go for Todibo if that's the case? Palace & Everton will want more than the allotted funds, then Real are getting Yoro, so cut the chase and move onto leftback, midfielder and striker targets.
