The biggest thing about Rashford going is it'll be hard for journos to stomach when he starts getting dropped by Villa

Would be funny if he did.The biggest thing about Rashford going is it'll be hard for journos to stomach when he starts getting dropped by Villa![]()
The best we can do is a micro-update.So. Tweets?
Blimey, now that's the quality of side we should aspire to be!They actually have a striker and have scored a staggering six more goals than us, and their GD is one better than ours.

At least Dorgu didn't fail his medical.
Think Casemiro will be gone in the summer rather than than now.So Antony out, Rashford out, Malacia out. Hopefully Casemiro as well.
Good window, clear up the squad and change the dynamics in the team.
Cas won't go anywhere now that the Saudi window is closedSo Antony out, Rashford out, Malacia out. Hopefully Casemiro as well.

Thanks. At least it wasn't anything substantial.@mazhar13 I think the deleted tweet from earlier today was just an update on Dorgu's medical.
We were 4 points 4th off when Ten Hag was finally sacked. Didnt mean we were close to anything back then either. They are 4 points off of 4th it's hardly a gap as big the grand canyon is it
He doesn’t strike me as a guy who doesn’t work. How well it goes will directly correspond to how much effort he puts in. Outside of an obligation to buy, there’s still a career at United for him if he can find his form from a couple of years ago.
Villa top 8 in the CL. The PL is very competetive. We have been crap - but Villa have won 10 out of 24 games. The only reason they are in with a shout for a C.L-spot is because every single team in the P.L apart from Liverpool have been crap for long periods this season
The place in second have already lost 22 points - Newcastle in 5th have dropped 29 points.
My problem with Bailey is that, attitude-wise, he's doesn't work hard consistently and needs to be accommodated, defensively, in order to be at his best. He needs to be at a club where he always feels like he's proving himself to take the bigger step and not necessarily at a club where he feels like he's made it, which United will be despite how bad they've been in the grand scheme of things.Bailey and Tel would be good, especially if we haven’t replaced Antony yet
So, do we have to pay for Rashfords CL bonus now that he goes to a CL team....

We should do a loan only deal. He's a better player than he's shown so far this season, due to the injury and system change. His perception after a good loan will be much better. That’s terrible news. Hopefully there are more takers out there
Well Daniel Levy must be made to remember how he used to charge us 100m pounds for Harry Kane. So 85m pounds for Garnacho + Son coming to us maybe fair.
Just after the Luka Doncic trade:

We’ll have Bruno/Amad/Mainoo and hopefully Mount/Garnacho for 10s, given we’ll need a new 9 and 2 CMs, I doubt we’ll have funds to bring in another 10 as wellThe potential sales of Rashford and Sancho in the summer will allow us a proper rebuild. We’re going to need a couple of new attackers. A proper number 9 and a number 10.
Depends where Amorim sees the futures of Bruno and Mainoo to be fair. Feels like he now sees Bruno as a cm next to a more defensive player like Ugarte and Mainoo as moved up into the 10. Also depends what we decide on Garnacho as I think Napoli and Chelsea will be back in for him in the summer and will have more money to spend on him. We’ll have Bruno/Amad/Mainoo and hopefully Mount/Garnacho for 10s, given we’ll need a new 9 and 2 CMs, I doubt we’ll have funds to bring in another 10 as well
Bruno will be 31 at the start of next season and although he doesn't show signs of slowing down you have to imagine he will, I think there must already be some contingency planning for his retirement or at least reduction in playing time, moving him back (a la Pirlo) may well suit Amorim and extend Bruno's effectiveness as a Utd player, would be great if he can stick around long enough to win a PL title (pie in the sky!)Depends where Amorim sees the futures of Bruno and Mainoo to be fair. Yeah hopefully that’s £65m coming in in the summer for Rashford and Sancho.
And £600k per week wages off the books!
