55 mil for each of Onana and Mount is in the bigger picture is some good business.
Absolutely I think they could be two quality signings for a very good price in todays market. Tbh I was a bit meh about Mount but the signing is growing on me. We seem to be doing some good business.

I think ETH can really help Mount take the next step up to becoming a better player. I'm just happy we have/are about to sign two decent players that didn't cost upwards of a 100 mil.

Excited about Onana. A sweeper keeper is a must if you want to play controlling football. Its no coincidence both Klopp and Pep spent the big bucks on keepers.

Signing a top class keeper will be transformative for us. It's a bigger issue than striker, for me. Onana will be a fantastic signing - super excited about this one.

He hasn't done enough to be considered a top class keeper yet. You'd trust ETH on this given he knows the lads qualities directly but we'll still need to see.

A new keeper, new CM and new striker and next season is gonna be a lot of fun

Excited to see Onana playing for us and the improvement in moving the ball from the back as a result. My only concern is that he might not be ready for the pace of the league. It seems like in Serie A, he rarely has to face the kind of onslaught that some teams will bring but hopefully he'll get up to pace quickly and I like his attitude. Seems like another leader!

Yeah, wonder what he'll be like when he plays someone like Man City...

Just hope he is great at commanding his box and claiming high balls.
That is equally as important - if not more important - than being good with ball to feet. The PL chews up and spits out weak goalkeepers and I just hope he is ready for that. He has the build for it but so did De Gea to an even greater extent.

It's not his strongest suit, but he's decent at it and miles better than De Gea.

Last year, Onana was 56th percentile for crosses stopped among keepers in the top 5 leagues with 6.1%. De Gea was 9th percentile with 3.1%.

de Gea, Hendo, Butland out and Onana and Suzuki in would be great.

Happy to see Onana coming in. I was surprised we didn't go for him on a free last summer considering his past relationship with ETH

Just wish that striker was Kane, however do feel Hojlund has scope for development and Erik has proved his coaching ability
