I'm amazed that anyone genuinely believed we'd be buying another CM plus two forwards. Casemiro was quite obviously the De Jong alternative and while we're stuck with Ronaldo it will be one forward max.
6 million Euro? You’d hope he’d be worth a lot more than that if he plays the requisite number of games and makes the CL.
Yeah just gotta suck it up now and get on with this season. We might still have addressed two more issues in first XI by window close. Like I said earlier it leaves three main priorities for next summer which are GK,CM & ST.

My view on all his recent European outings (only time I’ve seen PSV play) is that he ia anonymous…could be anyone…not the amazing talent I was expecting to see considering the hype. But maybe he needs to grow into this bigger games and tears it up in the Dutch league. I’m not too bothered tbh. He has a lot of time to improve. Man Utd and the PL just ain’t the place to improve right now. For €40 million we need guys ready to go. He doesn’t look it to me.

It's normal to down tools pre-transfer request, because the potential fines are smaller than the loss of loyalty bonus a transfer request triggers.

Still hoping against all hope that we can get another midfielder. Looking unlikely now but I still hope it can happen. Don't know if I can take much more of almost always being the inferior team in midfield when we step out on the pitch. We need to sort that f*cking area out once and for all.
Dubravka has much better command of the box than de Gea and is an okay shot stopper. Not great distribution and not one to rush off his line. Can see why he was low down the list.
This looks like a last-resort signing for United, then, given that the prior starters for their respective clubs were more difficult to attain.
Why are we trying to sign every keeper on the planet? Just sign a good one who can take DdG’s place instead of some 2nd rate keeper.
