I think this is a good signing for Newcastle. Very ambitious and sign of intent. Pricey, but that's the market. A bit of a gradual build vs City's 'Galactico' buys in their early days of ascent. Also good for Isak to move up in prominence. Probably have more impact than Robinho et al.
A bit dick-ish of PSG. Free for the 2 Portuguese teams but Everton has to pay? I would guess there is a sell-on clause for that free transfer?
