Wow talk about a blast from the past. Wasn’t he meant to be the next big thing when he was at Chelsea?
I thought that his career was pretty much over after he left MLS. It's good to see him still playing and at a decent level, too.
He went to Hamburg after Chelseathen Forest, I believe, this is a renewal, he already played a part of last season for Burton
Don't think he was ever seen as the next big thing to be honest. He was a young lad who got a couple of games under I don't even know what manager, maybe Scolari? Can't remember but he was a meh academy prospect who I always felt was destined to be a championship player, which is what he ended up being. He's had a decent career, so I'm pleased for him.
Josh Mceachran on the other hand. He was seen as the next big thing back then.

I think it was the Halifax Town tweets. Somehow I had forgotten that they actually lost their promotion playoff, in my mind they were a league two team. Apologies.
