Shame we’re aren’t more like Brighton
He’s going to look really silly, and upset an awful lot of Yorkies if that is the case……If leeds go down the MUFC pull may be too much
Would be his only route into the England Squad for the WC

I take it you don’t rate Laimer?Nagelsmann can get fecked, leave us alone with your Leipzig scrubs. Go back if you so dearly miss them.

Honestly didn’t realise it was a pun! I get it now
I have no particular opinion of Laimer other than I don't want Bayern to buy a third Leipzig player on top of the manager. Or, if one, then Nkunku. Not Laimer.I take it you don’t rate Laimer?
In addition to Bayern Munich and Salzburg, Arsenal and Manchester City are offering a long-term project for El Chadaille Bitshiabu. Both Premier League clubs would like to recruit the young defender this summer, but PSG is closing the door on him.
You may be in luck. Mintzlaff doesn't want to sell Laimer.I have no particular opinion of Laimer other than I don't want Bayern to buy a third Leipzig player on top of the manager. Or, if one, then Nkunku. Not Laimer.
We lost players like Thiago and now we buy Sabitzer and Laimer. feck that shit.
Right? If Nagelsmann's whole idea to bolster our squad and fix our form is mOaR LeiPzIG pLaYeRs, next season will be a long, long one.I have no particular opinion of Laimer other than I don't want Bayern to buy a third Leipzig player on top of the manager. Or, if one, then Nkunku. Not Laimer.

Barcelona are working to sign Marcos Alonso, the number one target at left-back, but negotiations are not yet at an advanced stage. The Spaniard's agent, Ramadani, will have to find an affordable exit price. The player wants to return to Spain. Nothing imminent.
Alejandro Grimaldo, the most feasible solution right now: he wants to leave Benfica this summer and take on a new challenge. Open issue. Barça, working.

Are kicker in Germany reporting the below info about Borna Sosa who is a 24 year old LB? If true, then he's a interesting player with good passing abilities and a mean cross.
He is utilised as a wingback, but he's very good on the ball and from what I've seen of him, he has the attributes to transition into a fullback as well. Would be a potentially very good signing for a coach like ten Hag who aims to play in the opponent's half in a high defensive line. Stuttgart need to win their last game to have any chance of avoiding relegation and Sosa is someone that would be a potentially very good signing for a very reasonable price if Stuttgart are relegated.Purely looking at his fbref profile, looks like he isn't asked to do any defending and is probably a wing back more than anything. But definitely very involved going forward and on the ball otherwise he wouldn't have those numbers.
I really can't visualise how with the defenders and goalkeeper we have Ten Hag can possibly play a high defensive line. De Gea struggles to get out of his 6-yard box and with the pace of our present defenders, it would be a massive risk to play his preferred system until a massive change to the playing staff is implemented. He is utilised as a wingback, but he's very good on the ball and from what I've seen of him, he has the attributes to transition into a fullback as well. Well he could attempt to play the more proactive Henderson for a start. It's actually not difficult to play in the opponent's half, if one has the vision and know-how on how to implement the approach in question. And then if we factor in at least 4 new signings that come straight into the team, then it's not difficult to get the ball rolling as far as maintaining a high defensive line imo, especially against the so called lesser sides. But it's extremely important to target the correct profile of player both with and without the ball. So attributes of said players are important to take into consideration when selecting targets for their potential suitability for the play style in question. And if we have a £150m to spend, then I don't see why we can't bring in at least 4 players that fit the aforementioned way of playing the game.I really can't visualise how with the defenders and goalkeeper we have Ten Hag can possibly play a high defensive line. If we sign Timber I think it could work. If De Gea stays back, even after being told by Ten Hag then he can put Henderson in goal.
Sosa - Timber - Varane - Shaw should be able to perform in a high line.
It will never work if Maguire or Lindelöf are our CB pairing though.
Who's going to deal with high balls into the box? Dave doesn't do crosses and none of those defenders excel in the air.
Quite good won't cut it to be honest if the other 3 aren't good in the air. Teams target weaknesses, it'd be very apparent with the line up you proposed.Varane is quite good in the air. We if Dave turns out to be a issue I am sure Ten Hag can see that after maybe even one match and we can simply put in Henderson.

A Bundesliga player, from a relegation candidate at that? The Caf will be delighted!
The Ten Hag interest hasn't been reported so far, not even a thread on transfermarkt.de.
