David will move this summer and unsurprisingly he’ll have plenty of suitors. He’s in a side seriously lacking creativity and still putting up good numbers. I’d have him in a heartbeat.

I don't understand this tweet.

Even if this instance is true, doesn't that sound like confirmation that Rashford "told his friends some truth" the other time?
I saw something on twitter where some aggregator account quoted an article stating that Rashford told friends he wants to leave. Shrager's tweet is in response to that I assume.

Ridiculous.
We're doing it in case any Championship club or better want to make an offer for him. It was just triggering an extension option.

He did well for Birmingham earlier in the season before his injury. Enough to make clubs want to pay something.

Saliba on whether he'd want to go back to Arsenal and accept a bench role:
Of course, I can’t be happy on Arsenal’s bench. I want to play as a starter. Afterwards, if I enter the rotation as a substitute, it’s not like being in the U23s and never being in the squad.

Saliba on returning to Marseille:
We’ll see after (the season). If I come back, it will be with great, great pleasure.

He'll end up going on a free in a few years

Deal runs until 2025 apparently (2024 with a 1 year option) so he'll be 26 by the time he cam leave for free, according to transfer market he signed that deal in 2018, which either make him or his advisors absolutely stupid to commit to a deal for that long at a club like that.

The fact he is doing well in the position he plays now, but some there are convinced he could also be a top class CB as well. You are getting two players in one. I wouldn't be giving him away either.

It's the reason I desperately want him. He'd fit in perfectly with Ten Hag who likes to play a 3 at the back with the central defender stepping into midfield. Rice would be the perfect man for that job.

I think David is the best striker we could sign this summer. Haaland and Kane are too expensive and probably won't want to join us anyway and I don't rate Nunez much.

It's not up to Moyes. West Ham will sell and no doubt it will be this summer to maximize his value. Their owners talk a good game but they never push the club on.

Ronald Araújo: “I am very happy to be here. Happy with the support of the people. We are working on the renovation. This week we have a meeting. I hope that it is resolved soon so that I can continue for many years at this club. I want to stay here. I am optimistic", to Movistar.

Good signing for Inter, one of the better GK's around when it comes to passing out from the back. He's somebody I thought United should have been after maybe, albeit it would be difficult to move on from both DDG and Henderson this year, and De Gea has largely been in good form.

French media trying to push the topic that Mbappe might still not leave them.

Ironic you'd say that when PSG fans complain about french media not supporting them in that situation. It's about what Mbappe said last night, not about some agenda you think the french media have to try and keep him in France which nobody cares about outside PSG fans who are a minority.

Yep time to shop in the next tier, least then we might get players who actually are fully focused on Football not Social Media BS merchants.

The full quotes from Rangnick:
Both teams of Manchester City and Liverpool - I also watched the Liverpool game today - they also had problems to find their rhythm but in the end, they still won 2-0 quite comfortably. Those two teams have been built together and recruited over a period of five or six years, all of them under the premise of how do the coaches want to play. We spoke about that already yesterday, and this is what has to happen. That far I can go right now. I told the board this is what has to happen. Whenever the new head coach is clear, it has to be how does he want to play and what kind of players do we need for that?

Then we come back to DNA, speed, physicality, tempo, what do we need? This team does not lack technical players, it can do with more physicality. It takes right decisions and [clarity over] where you want to go: what kind of players, want kind of manager and then, in every transfer window, try to get the best possible. This is rocket science. It has to be done and, if that happens, it does not necessarily need three or four years. Maybe in two or three transfer windows, then the situation could be different.
