Considering we’re likely to lose Lingard along with Martial and Diallo before the end of the window as well as clearing VDB and 25% of Jones from the wage bill, you’d wonder if he’d be worth a punt.

Not even worth the smallest of punts. Last sort of player we need, for so many reasons.

Could be quite ironic that so many last year said that we wouldn't get top 4 without Sancho, but this year we've bought him and it's starting to look like the money would have been spent on a midfielder to get top 4.

Definitely Newcastle would be looking for their Robinho. Not so sure on Arsenal. I suppose if Auba goes the other way it’s be like for like with wages.
They can't afford his wages, that's why they want him gone, so 100% not swapping for anyone on similar wages

Tier Car Registration

Car plates, clouds formation, these people are mental
70M on Isaak would be very underwhelming as i can't see him being a 20/25+ goals a season striker in the PL. But wit 2 days left, we might not have a choice...

The player's already agreed on a move to Juventus:

Total confirmations on the morning offensive of Juventus for Zakaria : there is already an agreement with the player. Now the go-ahead is expected for Gladbach.

  • Juve's offer: €5M + €2M in add-ons
  • Gladbach want €7M - €8M guaranteed

The same article states that they were after Patrick Schick, Brereton Díaz, and Calvert-Lewin! This transfer activity is giving me the same vibes as his activity with us, where he'd go after unattainable targets (besides Brereton Díaz) instead of looking for more realistic options.

Official: Adama Traoré signs for Barcelona

EDIT: More info
  • Loan w/ purchase option for €30M
  • 5-year contract for Adama in case Barcelona trigger the purchase option
  • Barcelona will pay all of the player's wages.

Tottenham are now interested in Bentancur.

  • Spurs want a permanent deal unlike Villa, who want a loan with a purchase option.
  • Both teams are offering similar amounts of money (€30M w/ add-ons included).

Official: former City striker Felipe Caicedo joins Inter on loan until the end of the season.

Uh oh.

Tanguy Ndombélé will not join PSG!
Not a salary problem, but the capital club did not manage to free up a place [in their squad].
The Tottenham midfielder has several leads, including Valencia.

Spurs still being in for Bentancur is a good sign that Ndombele can still leave the side.

  • A sale is ideal, but a loan also works for Barcelona and the player.
  • PSG is also an option.
  • Man. City ruled themselves out of signing him.
  • Barcelona are interested in Aubameyang after Atletico Madrid made the Morata signing difficult.
    • Wages will be a problem
  • Signing Tagliafico depends on Dembélé leaving.
    • Not enough cap space otherwise

  • Ndombele no longer wants to wait on PSG given their difficulty in opening up a spot for the player.
  • Everton, Bayer Leverkusen, and Valencia are all interested in him.

  • Jones's salary: £120K/week (unsure if add-ons are included or not; assume that they are given Ducker's prior salary reports)
  • Jones currently has 1.5 years left on his contract.
Also in the Ducker article:

Burnley's move for Mislav Orsic collapses. Dinamo Zagreb's statement:
The decision has been made that Mislav Oršić will remain a Dinamo player. We are looking forward to participating in the continuation of the season together with his teammates and contributing to achieving the goal of winning a new Croatian title.

Burnley are still working on signing Wout Weghorst (valued at £12M). However, they still need to agree on both the personal terms and the fee with Wolfsburg.

I know jones barely plays, but are we not risking it a bit having only four first team CBs should he go?

Bailly and Varane are both injury prone too and with Maguire out of form, that leaves just Lindelof as a reliable (sometimes) defender right now.

Oh Christ no….. we need a CDM so obviously we’d bid for a winger/forward.

AUBAMEYANG ENTERS IF OUSMANE LEAVE

Barça has a closed economic agreement with the player, until June on loan. Conditions that can allow his arrival.

Arsenal needs the footballer [Dembélé] to leave, a case similar to Coutinho, to revalue him.

Translation:

The remaining part: Barcelona have a €30M purchase option for Adama Traoré.

The good thing is that we're not really in for him at this time; we're just monitoring his situation just like the rest of the clubs. Looks like all of the clubs are waiting for someone else to make a move before they begin.
