Lyon need to sell in order to obtain the funds required to strengthen their team. This might play a part in their chase for Serdar Azmoun.

Manchester United: Martial could be loaned out in January.
  • Martial's contract goes until 2024 with an extra optional year.
  • Several clubs interested, including a few from France
    • PSG shortlisted Martial last summer to replace Mbappé.
      • January priority: Reduce their wage bill and trim down the squad
    • Lyon are interested, but they may have a tough time convincing Martial given their struggles this season.

Imagine a front line of Martial Mbappe Messi - 3M.

Now that Neymar is injured until February. This move is possible if PSG, and Martial really want to push forward.

Marcelo Brozovic, on less than 6 million Euros [per year], does not renew his contract expiring in June 2022. He is one of the best in his role, Inter know how fundamental he is and will try to please him. New contacts in the coming days

Give us Cherki and take Martial

I know it’s The Sun, but I’m surprised that there are rumors of Barca being interested in Cavani.
The rumours are coming from Barcelona, and they're legit. Mundo Deportivo journalists Gabriel Sans and Fernando Polo both reported on them a while back. Barcelona are indeed interested in Cavani, but they've yet to approach both United and Cavani's camp.

This is based on the rumours that are propping up from unreliable outlets that Liverpool are interested in Rodrygo.

Newcastle United remain interested in James Tarkowski, whose contract also expires after this season.

cheers mate! Cavani does seem like a good stop gap for Barca. Wonder why people haven’t *really* run with it.

  • Christensen is close to signing a new 4+1 year contract.
    • Milan were interested in him in case they got past the CL group stage.
  • Talks with Tuchel were the key to Thiago Silva signing a 1-year extension.

Pochettino on Icardi: “This is not the time to talk about the transfer window. We are focused on ending the year in the best possible way. We are happy with him, [and] we hope he will continue with us."

Is he any good and what kind of player is he .
He's a good DM prospect, in the Rice mould. Very much a converted CB, but he is a bit more cultured on the ball than Rice, but I wouldn't say he's good at bringing the ball forward as Rice.

He would be the deepest of the midfielders, but it would be interesting if he'd fit a high press system - a worry I'd also have with Rice. He'd also be a fraction of the cost

BILD TV | Rummenigge on Haaland: "FC Bayern will not try to get Haaland. Not just for financial reasons, but also out of respect and appreciation for Robert Lewandowski, who is the best number 9 in the world."

  • Barcelona are monitoring César Azpilicueta, Antonio Rüdiger, and Christian Pulisic.
  • No chance for Rüdiger; the player demands too much
  • There's a chance that Azpi can move to Barcelona to get regular football and be in contention for Spain's World Cup squad.
  • Pulisic is open to leaving in January in order to get a role of greater importance in another team.
  • Christensen was also an option, but he's close to signing a new contract with Chelsea.

Cavani's agent, Walter Guglielmone, on potential offers from elsewhere:
We have to wait a bit, we will see what possibilities exist. Obviously, if any team from Brazil comes up with a good project, we can always listen. I have an obligation to send all options to Cavani.
