PSG getting raided vol 2457456

Immediate transfer, no fee

Really curious which midfielder that would be.
Does it depend on Pogba leaving? Is it going to be Camavinga or is he set on a move to Spain. If Pogba leaves are we looking for a like for like replacement? Or are we looking for CDM, thus the links with Saul.
The only concrete interest reported so far is the interest in Camavinga, who looks like is not convinced that he wants to join us.
Pogba's rumours are gathering pace. I'm really curious to see what we have up our sleeves.

From PSG

Immediate transfer
Cheers.
You could probably add it to/edit the post, so other people like me, who don't speak German, can understand what's going on :)

He's seen how Lamptey and so many other youngsters have progressed very quickly at Brighton into a regular first team players in the last couple of seasons. Potter has an excellent reputation for bringing through young players, developing their skills and giving them plenty of first team opportunities. Brighton's entire strategy is based on this as well as not holding them back if the right offers come in, hence Ben White's 50M move to Arsenal.

We're trying to do the same sort of strategy that we've seen from BvB over the last few years, many clubs are now, but thankfully we seem to be be doing it pretty well!

Excellent. Good for you. Good luck.

If the owners want to do us fans a solid and properly invest then now is the time to do it.

There are top players who can transform our squad and fill those last few holes in the starting 11 that are available and at the best possible price we could hope for, due to the pandemic meaning clubs are in desperate need of cash.

I posted something similar along these lines in the last transfer window, but now is an even better time to use whatever wealth and financial strength we have to get a jump on our competition. We could make 3 years of progress in one window if we are determined to.

Cue people calling Fabrizio a fraud.

Who is Bryan Gil and why do Spurs need another winger (at least that is how it says on Transfermarkt)? They have Lucas, Sessegnon, Bergwijn, Son...

Based on Cavani's signing last year, United are very much capable of keeping some things quiet and spring a surprise. If we do end up signing a midfielder, I wouldn't be surprised its someone we haven't been linked with it at all.

One of the first rules of this thread is

Don't:

  • Post anything from aggregator sites (Utdreport etc) who don't link to original source and tend to make stuff up for retweets/follows.

Yet we seem to get little other than these unreliable fan sites these days. I get that the mods don't have time to delete every other post, but its a shame the feed is so unreliable

Aggregator accounts more often than not do tag journalist they are quoting or put the name of newspaper. It's just easier to read important bits of an article from such tweet rather than combing through entire article. Don't see it's as an issue. Most of use this site on phone so posting relevant parts from article is not that easy.

Also for foreign journalists, aggregator sites are much easier to post here instead of doing actual translation. It's just we need to see what we post and don't post everything from those sites. Should be good enough in that case

They're all linking to the original source though?

Well, I think Camavinga is not happening and we'll go for plan B, which I don't think is Saul. Those were lazy journalism links.
Feels as if the board is wary of information about our midfield plan B target slipping away from Old Trafford ahead of the pursuit for it.
It creates unnecessary negative vibe.
I think we'll find out shortly after we complete Varane. Trippier will be left for last as we want to drive the price down and we hope we won't end up with Trippier AND Dalot in the team for the next season.

It will be interesting to see who these clickbaits say he is going to be swapped for next.

Yeah you do kinda get that impression if we did sign a midfielder

@Tiber Thanks. I wanted to post something similar but figured no one would care since I'm a newb.

@sewey89 @pratyush_utd

I recently posted (and deleted) a tweet from an aggregator that had a "quote" from a reliable journo. Saw lots of similar tweets, so figured it couldn't be wrong. Turns out the journo said absolutely nothing of the sorts and one aggregator made it up and the others blindly copied it.

Yes, you can find an aggregator that has a Fabrizio quote from a podcast, but usually that tiny snippet of info doesn't warrant a tweet and I think the blanket assumption is most people are too lazy to check the source.

This is even more problematic for foreign sources. It's easy for one clickbait account to hide behind the language barrier and the others will just blindly copy it.

The other threads don't have the same standards, so if Fabrizio says on the Mancunian Mania podcast Varane likes the smell of OT, post the tweet in the Varane thread or just mentioned it without a tweet here.

TL;DR the rules are fine as is. Follow them, please.

I don't know how much of it is true but Chelsea is speaking with Aurélien Tchouaméni (CDM) from AS Monaco. I really don't know why he's not in our books and 1 of our options.

Will be good to see that cnut Lamela finally feck off.

As for Bryan Gil, he looks a very good talent. Will be interesting to see how he adapts to the Premier League, but I believe this move away from Spain comes a bit too soon for him. Could have done with a couple of seasons in Sevilla's first team after that very good spell on loan at Eibar.
