So Marcus Thuram, Alassane Pléa, and Jonas Hofmann all could be for sale this summer.

Here's my problem with aggregators. This info is coming from an online article that Luckhurst wrote and is easily accessible from MEN.

The "two more major signings" that Luckhurst was referring to were Varane and Trippier. United are also "open to recruiting a midfielder amid, as well as another centre-back".

Other interesting tidbits:
  • No imminent approach from United for Camavinga
  • West Ham will deny Rice from moving to another club.
  • Bailly's future is uncertain as United want a 2nd new centre back.
  • United haven't received any serious inquiries for Pogba as the player enters his last year.
  • West Ham and PSG are both interested in Lingard.
    • Lingard's out of contract next year.
    • United have yet to decide on Lingard's future.
  • Pereira can be sold for an acceptable offer, but a loan is more likely.

Atalanta CEO Luca Percassi on Gollini:
Gollini is an important player for Atalanta. He has allowed us to grow, let’s see what happens. To date there is nothing definitive. Tottenham? Very concrete hypothesis.

Some market rumours are the result of interest, but we start from a team made up of players who have given a lot and obtained extraordinary results. Thanks also to our great manager, that’s why we plan to start from our group. The market this year is special due to the pandemic and other problems.

Also, Pogba's family is settled in Cheshire withh his wife particularly happy to live there.

I wonder if Derby will be interested in one of our players for a half-season loan.

EDIT: Additional info

Ravel will underwhelm, become lazy and be moved on yet again in January.
The guy has a good agent, I give him that.

He’ll give them a good month maybe 2 then as you mention…

Celtic to Brentford. :D

One of my favourite things about being promoted will be all the “teams like Brentford” comments :)

Was the same in the Championship - fans of Forest, Wednesday, Derby etc etc all unable to live in the present ;)

Derby are struggling financially and though Ravel wont be on much I would've saved money for a far more reliable and professional individual.

The Championship isn't a mickey mouse competition anymore. It's just as unforgiving as the PL.

Favouritism here maybe but I think Rooney has shown his inexperience here massively.

Weird. We're signing players without a manager. Is it Murtough/Fletcher doing that? Could be.
Murtough was the one making a comment in the press brief at least. I see someone say the deal was struck a while ago, might be the answer. Dunno why they held back on the unveiling then, might be covid restrictions and medical test related maybe?

Martin Braithwaite's agent Hasan Cetinkaya on the rumours surrounding his player:
All these stories are false. Jorge Mendes has nothing to do with Martin Braithwaite; it is also false like all the other writings. Jorge Mendes does not have players in Barcelona; he has players in Wolverhampton, he can focus on, then I take care of my players in Barcelona. Why should Martin Braithwaite switch to Wolverhampton, and why should an agent who has no players in Barcelona try to get my player to Wolverhampton, even though I know Jorge Mendes has good connections to clubs like Wolverhampton? It’s a waste of everyone’s time.

Martin Braithwaite plays in the biggest club in the world; he works with one of the biggest coaches in the world. From day one until now, everything has exceeded all expectations in terms of playing time in Barcelona and well-being at the club, and he is very happy. He was one of the best players at the European Championships with some incredible statistics, and he will continue in Barcelona.

Onana's transfer to Lyon advances. The goalkeeper has a 5-year [contract] offer on the table, and the parties are quite close [to an agreement]. The French club still doesn't have an agreement with Ajax.

Hertha Berlin is interested in Lyon's Maxwel Cornet, whose contract expires in June 2023. Lyon want 15 million Euros, whilst Hertha Berlin want to offer 8 million Euros.

Fabrizio Romano on Gerard Romero's Twitch stream:

"There is nothing between Coutinho and Milan as has been said. I do not know what will happen, but today there is no exchange with Romagnoli". Both are on the market, but Cou is not the profile that is sought [after by Milan].

FYI, Gerard Romero has been streaming on Twitch way before Romano started.
