Wage wise, he's getting underpaid for his reputation at Sevilla, so Spurs may be able to attract him with a semi decent wage.

Odegaard will be one of the best players in La Liga next season, he's going nowhere. A environment that fosters talent like Ancelotti can provide is the best type of platform for Odegaard in the current Real Madrid team. He was ridiculously good the majority of his season at Real Sociedad before falling out of form a bit at the end, then Zidane completely misused him and managed to make the player want to go out on loan mid season.
