I disagree. There’s a player there somewhere, just he couldn’t handle the pressure at playing for us, combined with an awful team cohesion and a style of play that didn’t suit his style.
Nearly 50 goals in 80 games for Belgium in a team boasting Hazard and De Bruyne. He’s a world class striker and I think he’ll do great at Inter. Im pleased he’s gone don’t get me wrong because he’s a wrong fit for us but i still rate him.
So we have spent only 70m this summer.

True, but Neymar has at least done it at the highest level possible and won the CL. He's a level above Hazard in my opinion.

Lost Ramsey and Kocielny too though , probably two of there best players. Tuernay mentality wise looks a good signing for them and does improve there defence, but dont think he is that good a player. Luiz is a playstation centre back, very good at his best, he is very very talented lets not kid ourselves....but some of his positioning and mistakes are an utter liability. Saliba wont play this year, Ceballos may not play that much.
Am lookinf forward to seeing how Pepe does though and surprised he went there. He is going to be brilliant at times and awful others.
I actually think we have improved more than them in terms of what we both needed, but are still probably on paper the 5/6th best sides in the league
