So City, who in the last two seasons have picked up 198 points, went out and signed two players.

Meanwhile our new signing is a fully fit Adam Lallana.

I don't think we'll get close to them this season.

I find it odd you've not took the opportunity to build on last season. You might sneak a deal in tomorrow?

Don't forget they have a fit and fully roided up KDB back in service.

Sky Sports News have just said that Kieran Tierney is on a flight from Edinburgh to Arsenal. Looks like the deal is on!

Laughed off Arsenal's chances due to their budget but ffs they've managed a brilliant summer while we neglect key areas once again.

Was heavily linked to City before the window even opened but they finally got it over the line.
Apparently they're more efficient though, because it only took a few days to wrap up, according to someone on here.

Why the feck are Everton going to finish above us? We've strengthened in 2 key positions. What have they done? Signed Kean? Why are Juve so keen to let a teenager go? Because he's overrated.

Have some faith in the team.... McTom, Greenwood, Rashford, Martial, Pogba, Maguire, AWB, De Gea, Axel, Lindelof, Dan James, Dalot.. it's a fantastic set of young players.

So many of you are fecking miserable.
Agree with everything you’ve said.

At least we should have a enough quality with AWB and Maguire to cement that 6th spot again.

Whatever happened to the Mandzukic deal?

Like 99.9% of stuff discussed into detail on here a complete pile of bullshite!

Honestly I don't know why people invest so much time into all these transfer bullshite rumours.

No chance. Coutinho was the only possibility but that's not happening this late on. The Liverpool ITK journo's would've had it by now.

Don't remind me. At least they don't have Kompany to smash a 30 yard screamer in with two games to go...yay.

Pains me to say it but they’ve had a very good window compared to ours.

Easily - took us the whole fecking window to ship off a player who made it clear he didnt want to be here months ago and we're now seemingly scrapping around trying to get a deal sorted on deadline day. I sure hope Maguire and anyone else we sign didn't need a preseason to get used to their surroundings.

Too much? No, too little.

Ben Yedder only had one season good enough for the desired level, and he’s 29. Newcastle asked for 50 for Longstaff. Not sure why you think they’d sell for 35 with 3 days of the window remaining

Yeah Ben Yedder I think is a BS story and why on earth do people want us to sign such medicority and at an age where they are not going to improve, he is a decent signing for a midtable club at best

Why have they?

If you said to me before the transfer window began that Kroenke’s Arsenal will have spent more than us and brought in the following players, I’d say you are on drugs!

Saliba
Ceballos
Pepe
Luiz
Tierney

That for Arsenal is a very good window.

I think you'll be on your own on a little 2nd place Island, with big(ish) gaps to 1st and to 3rd.

Saliba - 18
Ceballos - Average
Pepe - Unproven
Luiz - Comical
Tierney - Always injured

That for Arsenal is a very good window.

It will be interesting to see if anything is done about City, maybe after their 10th league win in a row? Slowly getting bored of football, it use to have the unknown but its becoming all too predictable.
