So they are negotiating with Brandt eventhough they have already agreed terms with T.Hazard? Are they already preparing for Sancho to leave this summer, or next, because I don't see the point is signing both Brant and Hazard when you have Reus and Sancho. They currently have one LW option open with the departure of Pulisic and a current lack of quality there (Guerriro and Brunn Larsen are not good enough) right now, having both will make it difficult to rotate and give them all minutes.

They have pressing issues at ST and wing back as well with Gotze not really working out well there and Hakimi will go back to Madrid with his loan finishing. Maybe Favre will play a system with Reus as the number 9 and an attacking midfield trio of Hazard, Brandt and Sancho.

I think so. With the injuries of Reus and Paco, i dont think it is an issue to buy Hazard and Brandt. Smart buys for the prices. That is what we used to do back in the cheaper days, buy the best players from non rival clubs in the league.

Ajax are going to go the way of Monaco aren't they?

Being pillaged and decimated by the other 'bigger' European clubs for the best coaching staff and talent.

It's sad to see as they're on the verge of building something special.

I think that's the plan from Sane's camp.
Bayern have made it abundantly clear the past 2 summers that they would like to bring in a younger, talented wide player. With Sane being German International it also helps.
Munich will start next year with Sane and Griezmann on the wings. Ribery and Robben replaced just like that. No faffin about.

Alderweireld
Lindelof
Bailly
Smalling
Tuanzebe

Sell: Rojo, Jones

I'm not saying the above 5 are amazing, but I would have complete confidence that they could navigate us through the Europe and Premier League next season to a good standard.

I think when you compare our woes in the centre back position to our issues at right wing and in midfield, our central defensive area is probably the easiest one to fix despite being our biggest problem.

It's a lot harder to know which midfielders we need based on what we have and who will be here next season and where those midfielders are. I also have no idea what suitable and attainable right wingers are out there for us to buy, but those quick and easy changes at the back would in my opinion give us time and a lot of spare money to tackle those issues.

I'll just be lost for words if we don't take Alderweireld, who at least appears to be really easily and cheaply attainable.

Which Tweet is this in response to?

I hope if Pogba does go we get it done early

Don't want an entire summer of will he won't he

If I was a foreign player. I'd pick city any day. Better manager, more stability and surrounded by good players. It's like picking PSG, Juve, Barca, Madrid. I wouldn't dare go to Athletico if Madrid is calling.

So, you'd go to City instead of the more famous club, United, because they are in a better position now right ? but, if it's madrid, well, you'd go to madrid before Athletico, because ? Madrid are in a shit position right now compared to Athletico.

Your post doesn't make sense.

So two years ago Udinese sold Bruno Fernades to Sampdoria for 6m Euros. A year later Sampdoria sold him to Sporting for 9.69m Euros. A year after that both City and United are fighting for his signature and are ready to spend upwards of 50m on him? WTF is wrong with our club? Why would we spend that kind of money on a player who we could have got for only 10m a year ago? Can someone please start recognizing talent before it comes to this?

As for the Navas rumours, not sure what the point of that is. Sure, he's a good keeper, but no better than Romero...

United and other big clubs have the luxury of waiting for players to truly blossom before they invest in them. Money's not an issue.

He was shite back then. No way anyone would have predicted him to become this good.

We already know that Bruno have a release clause of 35M, so every story with someone paying more is the same as Malcolms ghost deciding to sell Pogba... (fake)

Tweets for us have been positive so far with Bruno Fernandes and De Ligt. Hopefully we will see some Felix to United links soon. Let's get our transfer business done early, no mucking about anymore. Get the ins first and we can gradually weed out the outs

Pity we can't get Sane as City won't sell him to us
