isn't he right sided B2B? What will happen to Fred in this case?

If you watched Derby games, you would understand why we need better midfielders in depth, Reading completely outclassed us in midfield with the second midfield trio and we misplaced a lot of passes and dispossessed coming from midfield. Herrera is almost 30 years, probably have 3 years or so left in him to play at a high level, Herrera is running his contract down, will be a free agent in summer if we don't agree on contract terms. Barella and Fred will fight for spots.

Yeah I've watched them, but you can also understand that some players need to adjust to tactics/lifestyle. Has been a hard half of a season so far and the way we played under Jose and now under Ole is quite different. Still Fred is a big asset in terms of transfer value and should be at his peak now so he should be given proper chance(despite being crap so far).

I never thought I'd see this day. Real Madrid signing youth talents left right and center and not established stars at huge prices.
And they're suffering for it. An 18 year old Ronaldo wouldn't survive that, he would have been replaced during those 3 years of inconsistency or never would have been allowed to play CF as time went on.

That's been their MO ever since Zizou was in charge, they haven't really made a big 'Galactico' transfer splash in years. Probably not since James after Brazil '14

Most of their recent signings have been wunderkinds from around the world

I wonder if it was a club led strategy or something forced on their strategy due to the rise in transfer prices.

Think RM is gearing up for Poch. Hope we do have alternate names lined up.

We spent upwards of €100 millions for two 16 year old brazilians

Is Tuttosport reliable? They claim Bayern, PSG and City have made offers for Dybala. They claim juve will not let him go in january but could be open to letting him go in the summer for £90m.

Dont care if he’s better than those three, it’s still not enough.
Did I say its enough? You are labelling Manolas as an Arsenal Tier signing while we have three idiots playing for us. We are in no position to be picky. We need as much quality as we can get. Manolas has been consistent for a long time.
