Di Maria?

Oh shit yeah, but they wanted to get rid of him in the first place. If Diaz turns out to be a good player for them, i doubt they will sell anytime soon before being washed up and if he ends up being useless, we wont buy him so that sell on fee is a bit nonsense.

Agree

small club with a small mentality ... some things just never change.

pretty hilarious that despite the past few years, City are still so worried about United.

The lack of transfer activity is annoying me. Our net spend is about £50m on transfers this season, it’s not enough. Chelsea have just spent more on a 19 year old they have loaned back out for 5 months.

We desperately need something to improve the first 11. A RW or CB must be available at this time of year.

His individual career went down the shitter since he left Arsenal.

I don't think he can have any regrets - won all there is at Barcelona, won World Cups, returned to England and won the League with an FA Cup. I think he will be looked back on as a very good player - obviously at his best with Arsenal but a very good player throughout nonetheless.

He was supposed to be the best midfielder around at this point in his career, or at worst top 3.
He was an outstanding midfielder at Arsenal.

What's with his emotional attachment to Chelsea?
Or is he just being a drama queen? I don't get it.

Annoying how Inter can pull of the Godin transfer just like that, while he had no time for us whatsoever.

Pavard is another one with a release clause. 35m is fair for someone of his quality.
We also desperately need a right winger. We've had the worst right side defensively and offensively this season so far. Most attacks and shots conceding down that flank and least attacks and shots taken from the right. I hope Ole plans to atleast use Chong in some capacity until we someone because right now the play is just too lopsided.

35 for Pavard is a steal, he is a world cup winner and can play as RB and CB.

If the release clause is true I don’t know why we aren’t into him.
