He was yeahHe's a great centre back
I don’t think he’s really looked the same since his injury and secondly I’ve always felt that vertongen made him look better. My opinion of course.Don't you think we could use his experience? Especially if we move on from Rojo and might be bringing in another young CB? I think in that position having at least one player with a bit experience can be vital.

I’d really rather that we invest in young players who already have experience under their belt like DeLigt, Skriniar, etc.
I personally think their hunger would outweigh any experience that an older CB would bring. For me, experience is important when you chuck a load of young players in from your reserve teams, like we did with the CO92
Napoli also rejected a huge bid from an English club for Koulibaly. Must've been us.Inter turned down a summer bid of 65m for Skriniar
Said at the time I bet it was from United
I’d put money on itNapoli also rejected a huge bid from an English club for Koulibaly. Must've been us.
IF true that’s bad news for it could mean Shaw isn’t going to sign a new contract. On current form he’s the last player that we need to replace
Mitchell, I don’t see the point of spending another €50m on that positionI doubt it - we need two LBs
Young will probably leave soon.
Yep. Reeks of his agent still trying to make him relevant again.I'd be staggered if we bid €45m for a player who hasn't kicked a football since October 2017. There's no way we're in for Ghoulam.
Sounds like a perfect replacement for Jones if he finally leaves.Isn't this guy a proper crock?
Did you quote yourself to ask that? Look four posts up and your question is answered.Isn't this guy a proper crock?

Shaw will play most games so yesWhat about Mitchell? Do people really think he will be good enough?
