I don't believe a word in the "there is no money" part.

The clubs a mess, there's no money unless we sell first but we don't want to make a loss on any players. Both Martial and Pogba want out

Goes against what Simon Stone from the BBC said. And Phil is a known bullshitter so yeah.

I know a lot don't like him but I found this an interesting listen

Got to 12 minutes then got bored going around in circles. He knows no more than a good class muppet from the Caf, the place I suspect he gets most of his info from. The rest he makes up.

Standard Pilib fare, then. Just repeating what the doom mongers have said. Probably a member of the caf.

Yes, he gets a lot of interviews with former United players but I doubt he's that in the know. He's like a more connected Luckhurst with a similar penchant for ranting.

He's seems to suggest he knows more about the Pogba Mourinho issue but refused to reveal it on social media.
Seems like Hirst has revealed it then. If Mourinho dislikes working with Raiola then why did he sign so many of his clients?

If true, I wonder if we'll trade Shaw + money for Alderweireld and get Kurzawa as a Shaw replacement. Sandro will probably end up at PSG though.

The state of this place if we actually buy the left back PSG don't want in order that they can replace him with the superior left back, instead of ourselves buying the superior left back.

Can wait for 5pm tomorrow, signings or no signings thank feck it will be over.

It won’t really be over though, as we can still sell players, so you can bet that the Martial / Pogba rumours will continue.

Sorry to be the bearer of this bad news.

Actually, not bad

Yeah - he makes a good point regarding the lack of footballing people involved in the decision making of the club, in contrast to other top clubs like Barca and Bayern. He's also right to say that we're more likely to find out the true failings of Ed and the board this summer with Jose at the helm.

Mourinho won't take this window lying down - he's going to have to manage this season relying on several players he's all but said can leave. If it was the case that we had to sell to buy, why have we been so terrible this window at making room for new signings?

I can't believe I was so excited about the transfer window way back in May. :(

Bit shit is an incredible upgrade to our LB tbf.
:lol::(

Funny way to put it but true.

He has attacking ability that may help our team left flank. As shite as one may want to call him, our LBs struggling to top those attacking contributions

Chelsea trying hard for Fekir

They get him in and, along with Kovacic and Jorginho, they've not had a terrible window. Losing Courtois will hurt, but they've kept hold of Hazard. Goes to show there's a fair bit wrong with our internal setup when Chelsea can see these deals over the line in less than a day, whilst we can't seem to decide if an extra couple of £££ is worth it for a main transfer targets.

Kepa, Jorginho, Kovacic, Fekir, bringing Sarri in and keeping hold of Hazard, would be an excellent summer window for them.

Kepa had a release clause. We did the same with Herrera years ago. Chelsea's internal setup isn't so great either when they ended up missing out on Alisson who was cheaper earlier in the window along with Higuain and Rugani.

If they do get Fekir before the window closes then it'll be a very good window for them though.

This. It's beyond frustrating.
