Already looking forward to the 45 minute long documentary accompanying his announcement.

I can just see a long drawn out show and at the end he announces that he is staying. Then Jose wanders on camera... "Sorry Marouane, did Ed not tell you? We rescinded your contract offer weeks ago. Bye."

Sometimes I wonder if we shouldn't just dump a shit ton of money into upgrading OT so we can claim to no longer have inifite amounts of money to throw at clubs looking to milk us dry.

All he did was play for Southampton and Celtic though. Skriniar is younger and helped his team get back into the CL. We’re going to have to pay top dollar for the top talents, which is what Skriniar is.

Doesn't really matter who Van Dijk played for. He was dominant in the toughest league to be a defender anywhere in the world. If he played for Real Madrid, it wouldn't have made him any better a player.

Skriniar is young and in a second-tier league.

Top of Serie A is improving. Skriniar is one of the best young CB’s around.

I think you have a much easier time being a defender in Italy though. And people need to remember we had to pay a tapping up tax really for VVD his price should of been £50-60m in my opinion.

You also have to consider that van Dijk was at Southampton, older, and was pushing to move. Skriniar has just joined, is happy and a key player for a team that is back in the CL. It will be difficult to buy him from Inter so the price is higher.

I’d say its quite a but tougher to defend in Serie A, where you have to be very strong at everything, not just jumping and running fast.

Skriniar is very close to VVD as it is and will surpass him massively in the next few seasons.

Son is being retired by his government in a few years. What trash.
