I doubt Neighmar could move to another clubs as the price would simply be too high for anyone to consider. We're obviously not going to buy him and the only other clubs capable are Chelsea, City, PSG, or Madrid and I doubt they would spend upwards of 100m for a player who has average 25 goals a year in La Liga.

First Indian player to hit it big?

I think all of these teams would snap him up in a heartbeat even for something like 150. He's the next best player.

They've been saying he's the next best for about 5 years now. He'll be very good but I think the likes of Jesus and Mbappe have a better chance of reaching loftier heights.

I suppose we can afford £300m-£400m if we structure our deals as if we're playing FM, with 50% of the cost spread over 48 months, 10% if they make 20 international appearances, 10% if they make 50 club appearances, 10% if they score 50 goals, 5% if we win the league, 5% if we win the CL, and 10% paid up front.

Is it even possible for us to spend that much money in one summer?
400 million isn't possible unless there are some really creative bonuses and installments involved but I think we'll spend heavily again. Depay, Schneiderlin, and BFS have already left and Ibra and Rooney will most likely follow suit among others so the space is there.

The only way that is possible is if we sign a Neymar and use the players profile to break into the South American market.
Jose has already said there wouldn't be that many players coming in so it's not going to be spread out.
