Won't Zlatan, Griezmann, Rashford and Dolberg be an overkill in strikers
Fergie never minded an overkill of strikers we were always well stocked up upfront

Maybe he sees our lack of goals and does indeed want to try two up front.I suppose that would depend on whether Mourinho decided to go with two strikers, to get the best out of Griezmann, or one striker, to get the best out of Pogba.
I think this is transfer-related enough, as there's been a lot of talk about who's going to sign him on a free.
Refreshing to see someone retire at the top in the public domain as opposed to rotting away for his last couple of years in silence in the Turkish second division.
The money China (for example) has to offer makes it tempting to play for another couple of years and earn as much as one has earned the last 10 years.
Going to China, Australia, MLS or the Gulf for one last pay-day is different from what I meant. There are some players who go to the lower divisions of obscure countries and just rot there.
I found out yesterday that Ricardo Vaz Te is playing for a second division Turkish team. Did you know Sidney Govou is still playing? He's playing in the French 5th division. I know they weren't top players like Alonso and I'm not saying they should all retire at the Bayerns and Barcas of the world, but it's just irritating to me for some reason. Just face the music and retire! You're going to have to deal with a post-football life anyway, so stop being in denial.
That must be the most judgemental, inconsiderate post I've ever made!

A shame but expected. Shaw had that burst of pace and talent needed to be everything at united but he broke his leg and ultimately was never the same again. He will go on to be a great player just not for us.
Id say its just about enough. we wont get Dolberg, hell go City but him Rasher of bacon and IbraslonoFergie never minded an overkill of strikers we were always well stocked up upfront
Not played in months and seemingly sidelined, id say hes had less playing time than Memphis, you'd definitely expect him to leave.Expected, okay!

Vaz Te is only 30, why would he retire now? If someone is still able to play the game and get paid for it there's really no reason to retire, whether they're in the Turkish 2nd division, the Premier League or anywhere else. What do you advise Ricardo Vaz Te, a 30 year old average footballer, to do? Retire and piss away a good source of income?Going to China, Australia, MLS or the Gulf for one last pay-day is different from what I meant. Technically, we have just one with Martial considered a wide player (unfortunately imo). Besides Apart from Rashford, the only recognised forwards are Zlatan and Bohui and Burkart from the u18s. It kinda makes sense.Would be better for him to stay another season or two, but i like him.
I dont know why we look fir another young striker when we have 2 young ones already, would be looking for someone in his prime or cöose to it

£30m for Weigl is just not going to happen.
Neither is 60m for Griezmann.£30m for Weigl is just not going to happen.
West Ham really starting to spend big.
I like how West Ham are holding out for a bigger fee on a player that clearly doesn't want to be there, whilst lowballing other, more vulnerable clubs for their most important players.
Hypocrites of the biggest order.
Surely that's just good business sense. Doesn't every club in the entirety of football attempt to buy players for the minimum fee possible, while extracting as much money as they can from any sale?

Yes to a degree, but there's zero chance of them being successful with £6m bids for the best players at 2 clubs battling for survival, so it just looks like they're taking the piss really.Surely that's just good business sense. There’s that, and then there’s offering 3m for Snodgrass
It really isnt.
Derisory bids just means the selling club dig their heels in.
They'll end up signing some no name mark late in the window

Griezmann will leave for his release clause which is roughly around £85million and I think dortmund will want a little more for Weigl being so young and talented probably around £38-40million.De Gea
Valencia Bailly Lindelof Shaw
Weigl Pogba
Mkhitaryan Griezmann Martial
Zlatan
£30m Lindelof
£30 Weigl
£60 Griezmann
£120m total.... DONE
