That is huge. If true.

Yet the there's no sign of a centre-back.....the position Pep has to improve on or else he'll be found struggling again next season. It's alright buying 20 attacking players when your defenders can't defend. Defences's win league's at the end of the day....

That is huge. If true.
In short-
  • 80 million for Mendy/walker
  • Will keep Aguero
  • Want Alexis
  • Will get one of fabinho/William carvalho
  • Want one of Virgil van djik or bonucci.
  • Want to sell bony,nasri,mangala,hart.

And they still won't win the Champions League.

And the media won't make a fuss about it yet when we/Jose spend £86m on Griezmann accountants, sorry football experts everywhere will moan and moan and moan.

Best manager of all time? Pep has been very foruntate the way his career has gone and last season showed that he isn't so fantastic as everyone says he is.

He's not even the best manager in Manchester.

If anything we are in worse situation than City and we should be investing more in our squad. If our targets have been known for 2 months, things should be going fast.

We couldn't offer targets CL football until 3 days ago.

Not to mention the transfer window isn't even open yet.

Plus we don't know what might have already been sorted but just not announced. Pogba was done and dusted way way earlier than the announcement last summer.

Basically chill the feck out.

Jokes aside though, City are moving quick. I hope we can pip them to Mendy, assuming we're interested of course.

The article clearly states they want one of bonucci/Van djik. I think you need to read it first.

Agreed, difference is I or anyone I've spoken to has never dismisssed the fact Jose is as much of a chequebook manager than he is a great coach but that notion is completely dismissed by every Pep fanboy.

My only point is that I'd wish United would start announcing some of their summer plans.

City have in the space off 2 days confirmed that 5 players will leave the club, announced Bernardo and there are several strong rumours of other deals being nearly completed (like Ederson). That shows it is possible to do things fast if planned properly.

These guys are not messing about. That is some assembly

people panicking because city have signed a player and we haven't need to catch a grip. We'll get our business done but get used to the media making out we were in for every player city will sign.

You've changed your position in the space of a single post.

Your first paragraph you just want the club to announce plans. The second paragraph you're assuming there are none.

It makes absolutely no difference if a deal is announced now or a month from now. Griezmann, for example, is on holiday. Much like Pogba was last year.

Learn to exercise some patience, you're acting like a 5 year old wanting Christmas presents in November.

The 5 players that left are at the end of their contracts. The tweet announcing their departure is basically a thank you tweet and nothing more. There are no prizes for completing deals in the first week so relax and let the muppetry commence. Do you want us to suddenly announce Greizmann or do you want us to track his flight not sure whether it'd turn towards Manchester or Leeds? Cmon now.

No I'am assuming they are not planned properly, doesn't mean there aren't any plans at all. Just thinking if deals were as good as done, we would have heard from it by now.

At least Jose has already proved he's great in the transfer market and almost always signs the right players and brings the required results afterwards. No such thing can be said about Pep right now.

They'll probably sign a few more top quality players, but whether Pep could get the best out of them to win the league (the minimum requirement after such mindblowing investment), is a whole different story.

City arent fecking about. Wish United would take note.

Our transfer last window was spot on so why should we take note of a club who bought Stone for £50 mil? We have a plan of our own and we will do business at a time of our choosing. The season just finished, not about to start for Christ sake!

Pep improves his players and doesn't need the World's best players though.

Apparently.

Exactly. We had a great transfer window. We won trophies, got CL, same as City who won nothing. There is no saying their transfer window will be a success. Yes they are buying players but who knows if they will actually play well in the PL.

If we do sign Dier and Keane they both have PL experience. Whatever we pay for Dier however will make Herrera look like a bargain.

Long story short : Liverpool want 50 million pound kieta (Mirror).Wages of 120k/week. Also want VVD and Lacazette(who is going to Atletico)

This lad will have his pick of clubs, absolutely no way he signs for a club who aren't even sure of Champions League football.

Last year city spent 215 million (approximately) to win feck all, This year they will spend another 300 million on top of that, if reports are true.
That is mind boggling spending and none of the press are bothered by it.

They don't need to announce shit to anyone tbh. I'm sure we have things under control and there are lots of players mourinho can choose from.

The idea that only silva and Griezmann would considerably improve us is completely baffling.

Guardiola, what a manager. Only needs half a billion to build a team that might win trophies.
