I'm pretty sure, we do have a target but we can't go out and approach them and act like a king as if they must sign for us. It would be difficult to sign if they don't want a move or the club simply don't want to sell. Our Chief Scout, the Head of Global Scouting, Scouting Manager and Head of European Scouting as they will play role in identifying if they are a United player or not when agent brings their client. It's not about a random player we would sign blindly cos it would be considered as a bad business and the board know it.
