The fans are split on Götze. Those who put him on a black list - mysef included - have different reasons to do so.
Many fans still mind very much that he moved to Bayern and that he handled the move in the most unprofessional way possible. I don't care about the move to Bayern (his parents are from Bavaria, parents moved to Dortmund when Mario was 5-6 years old) and lost respect for him because of his poor handling but that isn't enough for me to object his return.
I'm in the camp that doesn't want the club to spend so much (salaries and fees) on a player with a questionable motivation for his return and more importantly his work ethics. They simply don't fit to what Tuchel preaches. I am, as many others, also against taking every single player back who failed elsewhere.

No top-tier European based player will go to PSG unless they're just looking to see out the rest of their career in financial comfort, there simply is not enough of a challenge for them for 90% of the year.

Unfortunately even previously reputable papers seem to do it too, like the Telegraph. In any case, the tweets are entertaining and more often than not tell us more about their approach to sports journalism than about the ambitions of clubs and players.

If they are determined to nuture Rashford it might be the best way, he will learn from him, he has a presensce about him. He will do anything for Jose if it is him as manager. If it is LvG he has the nerve to stand up to him and that might give others the nerve as well.
