Brahimi went to Porto for like 6 million euros less than a year ago. Probably be sold for about 30 now. Such a good player.

Can't see him leaving Real without breaking their all time scorer record but that lineup would be frightening. It would also be 2 submissive players to bend to Ronaldo's needs too. Di Maria excelled doing so and Memphis would be in awe and glad to do so.

Ronnie remains one of my all time favourite United players. That being said, I can't decide whether Ronnie should come home. It worked with Sparky but his game and power was at its peak. Can't imagine Ronnie under LVG, doesn't seem to fit. Bale however sounds a better prospect of age and fit with the squad. Actually I would prefer we concentrate on a top defensive midfielder and a top CB.

Come on... he's a superb player and would instantly not only make us more appealing to players but sponsors and also strike fear into defenders/managers/players in the league. I doubt it will happen, but if there was an option then we have to jump at it.
You have to build a team around his strengths. I don't see Van Gaal as the type of manage for that. I see him more of wanting to build a team unit.
You don't say no when one of the best players in world football becomes available. Of course Van Gaal would want him. Anyway, probably best to throw this in a new thread rather than discussing in here!
