I doubt LVG will stick around for 5 years. Plus if Pep becomes available and we have the chance to get him if he expresses interest, we can easily ask him to join us and LVG will understand. We won't be letting go of a manager of his ability for the sake of 1 year. Same goes for Pep, doubt he will take up the City job if he knows that we will be in for him when LVG leaves.
If it had been some other club, I would have understood but it's City we are talking about and not some really famous club with a huge following across the globe.
A MOM performance at the Bernabeau on Wednesday will soon change that...I find that the most interesting part.
People saying City going to offer Pogba 20 million a week which works out a nearly 400,000 a week. What?
Just saw an artcle saying it would be £250,000 after tax.A bit excessive.

Only way City can attract the top players. Paying them significantly more than anyone else can/will.People saying City going to offer Pogba 20 million a week which works out a nearly 400,000 a week. What?
Crap....edited haI was referring to where it says 20 million a week aha!
But still works out to be a crazy amount.
No chance with Bayern sellingSaw a possible Thomas Muller link, supposed to have fallen out with Pep.

They are sacking Pep long before they'd even consider selling Müller. He's Bayern for life.Saw a possible Thomas Muller link, supposed to have fallen out with Pep.

Pep would probably go before Muller, no chance Bayern would sell him me thinks

Manchester United are hoping to prise Thomas Mulleraway from Bayern Munich after the player's argument withPep Guardiola, according to reports.
The German international had a heated exchange with Guardiola after he was substituted against Barcelona on Wednesday, and this has prompted United to renew their interest.
Louis van Gaal is to looking move for the 25-year-old, reports The Mirror, having given the forward his debut for Bayern during his spell in charge.
Muller would cost United around £40m. They have failed on two occasions to sign him within the last year.
The World Cup-winning forward signed a four-year contract at Bayern back in January.
Down payment on De Bruyne. Make it happen Woody.
Both would be decent acquisitions on free. (Compensation in Ings' case.)

Letting go of a player in his prime who has the club in his blood for a coach who cannot be sure of success? Pep or who else may come and go, Mueller will stay because he can play in any style. I won't bet on thatMake of it what you will:
tbf, it does look like a lot of bollocks, player has argument with manager, player leaving 2+2 = 6,763.
Well Mueller has scored 24 goals overall in 4 world cups since 1970How is Muller only 25? Look at the head on him and I'm pretty sure he's been at every World Cup since the 70's! I'd take him in a heartbeat though, can play several positions and get goals in them all. I can't see him leaving Bayern.

They will be good signings IMO.Perfect for the Scouse, a bottom of the league striker who can't score goals much. Milner, tbf, would be decent, but he must be getting on a bit now.
