So in the last few weeks. We have been linked with Ronaldo, Messi, Hummels, Pogba, Strootman, Coleman,Clyne, And Laporte. Probably more which I have forgot. I'm sure we will get them all :D:lol:

I dont care who we sign as long as LvG abandons his love for the 3-5-2.. The team just not cut out to play in that formation at the moment!

Coleman----Hummels----Laporte--------Clyne

-----------Pogba----------Strootman---------

-Di Maria----------Messi------------Bale

----------------Ronaldo

Me too, i was excited by his signature but now i don't really care about his destiny.
Yeah. Felt that way too kind of when I heard RvP picked up a knock. Don't think either should be starting. RvP has shown a lot more based on his little run that one month, but he's still way too inconsistent at this point and I think we'd just be far better using Mata, Herrera, Di Maria, Carrick and Blind all in a 4-2-3-1 behind Rooney then any combination with RvP or Falcao which would mean dropping the others who just do far more during games.

Because LVG doesn't trust Valencia as a fullback, nor does he trust Young as a fullback. Until he has both fullbacks fit and 2 first team cb back to match fitness he doesn't trust the defense.

Blind is left footed, swap him for Carrick and I wouldn't have any problems. Or why not play 4-2-3-1 with Carrick and Blind holding then di Maria - Mata - Rooney behind RvP? This 5 at the back is killing our attack through slow build up.
Carrick lack of any mobility makes it impossible to play him anywhere else than in front of the defence. Although as crazy as it sounds, I am willing to agree that just because Blind is left footed we played him as LCB instead of on the right of midfield.

Valencia played fullback against Hull and Stoke, no?

If LVG is waiting for both our fullbacks to be fit then why not sign a right back now. If we waiting to go to 4 at the back due to Rafael then we in for a tough time.

I don't get it though. Have Blind and Carrick protecting our defence. Play Rooney, Mata and Di Maria off the striker. Or this weekend have Herrera rather than Rooney and Rooney as the striker.

Well exactly. It's not rocket science, is it?

Yes he did and he clearly wasnt impressed with it. Whether you agree with his decison or not its 'hardly rocket science' to see why he has persisted with the formation, its coincided with our best run of games since Fergies rein.

Carrick played CB against Hull and Stoke although against Hull he stepped up when we were in control but I wouldn't say that meant Valencia was a fullback rather than wingback.

He doesn't want to play 4 at the back.

In that scenario, I'd agree. But I think Falcao is a done deal.

Apparently Mendes said that if United doesn't want Falcao that's not a problem because all the top 10 teams want him, next season.

Well in that case we must definitely consider Muller. He'd be perfect anywhere in the front three of a 4-3-3

A bit strange how Bilbao demanded that interested clubs paid the release clause's of Javi Martinez and Ander Herrera yet are apparently willing to accept a lower fee for Laporte despite the fact he is highly rated.

@jojojo and @Vato is fichajes.net considered reliable?

No it's not, it's a clone site.

I have never seen them invent quotes but, they tend to stretch all their stories.

Mueller.. Pogba..

Silly season is underway :drool::lol:

Laporte may be highly rated but he's still another youngster, isn't he? If we're buying a CB then I'd prefer someone with vast experience
