Seriously doubt it. Why would SAF single handedly raise his transfer fee with that £10 million set piece talk. He's not in the business of revealing any transfer targets, much less doubling any prior bids

He's half a decent player, who probably will do ok, but £35m. It's £20m too much!

They get £50m for one of the best strikers in the world, and then go spend almost all of it on Andy Carroll!
