P/X With Gibson and £5m or so I'd take it. His passing could be really valuable to us, as could his set peices. He'd be a similar sort of sqaud player to Park, not complete enough to be a First Team player but he has certain qualities that really help us in some games.

Sky Bet tell us there's been a gamble on Diego Forlan joining Tottenham before tonight's deadline. Offered at 5/1 to make the switch from Atletico Madrid to White Hart Lane earlier, the Uruguayan has been backed in to 7/2, 5/2 and now 2/1 with the Leeds-based firm.

He is now 1/4 to go there and only 5/2 to join long-term suitors Liverpool. United boss Sir Alex Ferguson said last week of course that Adam is "worth £10m for his corners alone". Watch this space.

He's a decent enough player and we'd get him into decent shape. He did after all shit all over us in the 1st half (thats not saying alot considering our performance).
He's hardly going to be replacing Giggs or Scholes is he? If it was 5million with Gibson going the other way then frankly I'd accept. Decent technical passer of the ball, great crossing etc etc.
