How reliable are these sport1 guys who reported it?
About as reliable as a Reliant Robin with no spark plugs and the front wheel missing.

This is all a smokescreen by the club for a bigger signing

This thread is still going on ?
Not.gonna.happen.
So you bring back Ronaldo? Thats basically the only halfway realistic transfer, which would be considered a "bigger signing".
No, it doesn't work that way.
There are tiers in football for a reason, and he is in a bracket where the valuations to prise the player away are astronomical.
Think Bigger ffs! Ronaldo AND that 50 goal a season midget of Barca.
I expect Bale or Ronaldo to be unveiled in an Adidas shirt shortly after the turn of the monthThis thread is still going on ?

Told you! Woody is on the case.Haha, ok.
But I really cant see him leaving before turning 28 or so.
Its too good for him in München.
Prefer Reus. That´s not a bigger signing, not in terms of prestige, price tag or performance. As much as I rate Reus, Müller is the way more accomplished player at the same age (which is not that bad given that Müller is the most accomplished player on the planet in his age bracket). And I´m not talking about trophies here. What Reus has done for roughly three seasons, Müller has done for six.
I really thought the days of underrating Müller were over...
He is better than the Super Ape and most if people here would wank themselves to death if we sign him (even for 100m pounds) cause 'he is British and he is a United type of player'.70 million
Hopefully we're not that silly this summer.
And I disagree with them. Currently doing so in Super Ape thread. He is better than the Super Ape and most if people here would wank themselves to death if we sign him (even for 100m pounds) cause 'he is British and he is a United type of player'.
I really don't see where is the problem. We have money to spend on him in addition to 30m or so for a CB. He can play anywhere in front 4, can cover for Rooney or play together with him. He's probably the footballer with the highest football IQ right there and tactically he is fantastic. In addition he is one of most favorite LVG players he ever coached. And I disagree with them. Currently doing so in Super Ape thread.
Agreed, and yet, counterpoint: All of our transfers have made perfect sense: Depay, Darmian, Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin. I think my most unpopular opinion, which should probably be in that thread, is that the club may have finally got it together. Our approach is anything but scattergun so far, it's surgical precision. The idea of going into a season with centre-forwards as accomplished, and having similar skill sets as Rooney and Mueller, is not just mouthwatering. It makes perfect bloody sense IMO.If it is true you have to love Eds ambition.
I reckon its BS, though it has got a fair few journo's talking.

It makes perfect sense to go for him. As it makes perfect sense for Bayern to not sell him. I will expect both these things to happen.
Ronaldo
Messi
Mueller
Bale
..in that order of priority. Somebody pass on the message to Woody please!
Dangerous, trusting the MEN these days, mate. Its been debunked by Mathieson.
We probably have the best shot at Ronaldo there.
Like I've said before, we don't have endless pots of cash. People seem to think we don't need to be responsible with our spending which isn't the case for any business on earth. And while he is an excellent player, for 70 million pounds I'd p want a Neymar, a player who can pick the ball up, beat two and slot the ball in the top corner. Muller is a fine player but I don't think he's individually brilliant enough for that sort of fee. I also don't think for example, he could have done at Liverpool what Suarez did. He's great in his own way, but in a different way. A brilliant cog to have in the wheel.I really don't see where is the problem. We have money to spend on him in addition to 30m or so for a CB. He can play anywhere in front 4, can cover for Rooney or play together with him. He's probably the footballer with the highest football IQ right there and tactically he is fantastic. He is not leaving before becoming all time top goal scorer there though, sadly.
Bayern propaganda is my feeling, to appease that fans that are very unhappy at the sale of Bastian (I need to learn how to spell his second name soon).
Recently they've been pretty spot on. Seems like we seem to be feeding them a little.Dangerous, trusting the MEN these days, mate.

Just let him go to Carrington daily for training with Phil Jones and we will see about that!Just for fun, one of my favorite Müller stats (which is another reason why he is valued so highly):Müller has been injured for a grand total of 13 DAYS in his carrer, missing 3 matches due to a torn muscle fiber (12 days) and sitting out one day of training because of a hit on the leg.
Actually, I haven't come across anybody who's mad at Schweinsteiger leaving. He's a club legend, but he's also above 30 and was injured quite a lot. Also, after winning the record number of trophies with us most people understood that he wants to experience something else.
About the rumors: Heck no. I'm not forkin' having any of that!

Actually he only missed one club match as there was an international break. I do not know why transfermarket has it on 3. And I do not know why they even put it as an injury when Ramos kicked him as he only was out of training for a day. If they would do that with other players who miss a day of training...
