Siempre tenemos razones para ser felices... Recordando viejos momentos con @D_DeGea !!! pic.twitter.com/QlgfOsH7qz

Theres a video from within the Barca club store and it shows the Neymar shirts hanging on rails with the no.11. Let's not forget Thiago has had to change his number once to give it Cesc. The fact he may have to do it again says that he's not really a priority over there.

Hmmm...caf meltdown thinking ddg getting Thiago to utd. It couldn't be the other way round....not as if barca need a keeper or anything!

You've only just been promoted and this is how you treat the transfer muppets?

Shit. I've only gone full muppet mode now.

If we don't get one of Thiago/Strootman, then I might fall into a limbo - Inception style.

It is clear to me after analysing the pic, that Mr Alacantra is telling Barcelona to feck off. So obvious. And look, his new team mate has joined in too.

See, the hopeless title makes people spell his name wrongly.

Let's show some respect to our future midfield general and stop this alalalacantara shit.

Let's not get too excited about that picture though.

Last Summer, when we were heavily linked with Lucas Moura, he posted a picture of himself with Rafael and we were convinced Rafael was in his ear all the time telling him to join United.

Didn't go as we planned did it? Sorry for being the buzzkill - but a muppet must learn from his past errors.

Let's just hope De Gea is better at it than Rafael.

Hunch-mode off? :(

This is false. For one to qualify as a muppet, one has to have been burnt multiple times and still defiant. If you think the word 'muppet' is too negative, you can also call yourself a dreamer. HTH.

Apparently the way to really make things happen is to force him to wear a United shirt after an international match. Get on it David.

Bring us Aalacantara!

first of all. Piss off crackers.

Secondly. It's on.

Lucas Moura was all but signed. An 11th hour approach by PSG came in and he signed for them.

Also a muppet never learns, that's the point of being a muppet.

apart from the obvious (giving Fletcher a lot of chances to recover and rediscover his form, and hoping Anderson comes through), I think Fergie might have waited on buying midfielders if the question of retirement in the near future was already weighing on his mind.
It might just be "hopeful thinking", but a new manager needs to make some sort of impact and it's clear to everyone that we're in need of midfielders, I'm not saying by any means Ferguson "deliberately didn't improve the team", but in a way he did give a great outlet to Moyes in the sense that he'll need to bring in atleast 1 "big" name and there's no position in more need of it than our midfield.

Not only from PSG but from Leonardo himself, ex-São Paulo star and board member. He knew Lucas from a long time, and was kind of an idol to the kid. That's the only reason he didn't came to United.

Thiago Alalacantra is definitely on! Get him and Fellini or Skaatman, and our midfield worries are done.
