Television The Walking Dead

Zombie sharks could be just whats needed to spice this show up. Carl to get eaten while trying to jump a shark.

I forgot this was back, which goes to show how little I care about the show now.

So the second half of the season has apparently started? It just shows how interested I am on this.

'To watch or not to watch' is the question. The writing in this season had even surpassed Dexter level of medicoric

The first chance Carl got to get up in Mike's grill he took it, it doesn't matter to him that he's lying there stricken, unable to get up or move. He's happy to shout the odds at him and then when it comes to it, he turns into a whimpering little bitch and can't put him down.

Why does Maggie have a huge engagement ring on her finger? She got "engaged" after the zombie apocalypse.

I've really enjoyed the 2 episodes since the break, loving that Michael Cudlitz has joined the cast

When Tyreese and the girls run off they leave Judith behind on the ground, then the next scene you see him holding her again.
Also noticed Glen had a big cut on his lip, then it shrinks the next scene.
Other than that it was better than the least episode with Rick and Carl.

You clearly see him holding the baby as he runs away.

Quite enjoyed that episode. The fact that they're split up now is definitely helping the show out a bit.

It needs some comic relief though. Not someone who's obvious comic relief, but just someone maybe quite cynical and sarcastic who makes witty comments and doesn't really care whether they live or die. There were so many crying, which is kind of understandable when you see what these people have been through, but it'd help if it was balanced out by someone who didn't really care so just makes funny comments and isn't as emotional as the others.

Lizzie spells trouble, she must be the most deranged character on the show.

Lizzie is the bizzie. I was expecting some compassion after holding Judith's mouth for so long, maybe snapping out of it in time. But no, she's went 100% psycho. :D Easily more deranged than one-eyed Brian, at least he had a normal life at one point.

I caught up with this. Ep 9 was a bit of a grind tbh, I was shouting at the tv for Carl to get eaten. No joy :(

Ep 10 was better I thought, about time a character actually went into the prison and collected a load of stuff before heading out. Well done Glen, brownie points for not being a total muppet.

Those two guys on the railway were rubbish though. Also what the hell did the black fella and the Carol (shudder) leave the rifle with the soon to be dead man? Why not TAKE THE WEAPONS! Arrrrrgh.

Anyway, Ep10 is the first time in ages that I've actually enjoyed an episode of TWD.

He was clearly out of ammo, it's basically a sub standard club at this point, the ammo would be more rare to find than the weapon proper, but considering they have a claw hammer, a rifle and a few nearly empty pistols, yeah, it's possibly a bad move. Still, it's a bit awkward to be like, ummm yeah your whole group just died and you're fecked but ... uhh well ... since you won't be needing it... uhhh.. can we have the rifle incase we find ammo later, cheers.

Glenn not being a retard in the prison, is probably the most refreshing scene in the whole show, a beam of common sense bursting through the cloudy retard shit storm that is the walking dead. He then instantly ruins it by charging into a pile of them like a retard and passing out from heatstroke/ bitch fit.

Well the bitten fella could see that they had a baby and two kids. I'd have given them everything I could!

Yup, if he knew that Zombies are easily distracted, why didn't he try distracting them before running out. Such a muppet, still he did at least show 1 star of common sense this episode, which is much better than the rest of them.

It still makes me laugh that the group didn't have a known emergency rally point. Fecking tools the lot of em!

Can't believe I've only started watching this properly last week.

I'm about to watch s02 finale, which has been dubbed the best episode yet.

Glad Shane is gone, he was pissing me off. Andrea does too.

Finally got around to watching the last two episodes. I didn't really mind then. Carl was an idiot in the first, no idea why he was trying to lead the walkers off. Shame they didn't manage to eat him. Being on the road again has already helped the show I feel, though shame they kept the baby around. Should really have taken the chance to write it out of the show. Hopefully they stop all moping about in the next few episodes.

If you chop off a head to kill a zombie why was Herschel's noggin still wobbling about?

Also Carl needs to get eaten or bitch slapped

feck me his dad is on deaths door and he winds him up about Shane again - what a dick even in teen angst standards

Have to kill the brain, chopping the head off alone doesn't do it.

The baby might turn out to be important. It's the only human born after the outbreak so may hold the cure.

This times 100!

It's mental to think they wouldn't have considered the fact that they might need to leave the prison in an emergency where they might be split up.

Finally...someone with intelligence is using the zombie apocalypse's ultimate weapon--the crowbar.

Yay...a new hot lezzer who dresses like Lara Croft, a nerd scientist who still doesn't know how to use a weapon after a year of this, and Walter from The Big Leibowski.

I really don't understand why they keep trying to create characters that don't know how to defend themselves. In the world they live, everyone would have learnt by now or been killed.
