Far right propaganda (wherever it stems from) has done a real number on people the last few years. A good friend of mine and a guy I've worked with for years, both sensible guys and both used to laugh at Trump and his supporters. Now they're both big Trump fans and regurgitate misinformation regularly. They're not even American, so if it's working on people in Europe it's easy to see why American politics is in such a mess right now.

He has always been a threat and the world knows for a while now that he could be extremely dangerous. He shouldn't have been allowed to run a second time or win. I know it's the terrible Americans who voted for him that put him there but there must have been something they could have done. When they do decide to do it, it'll be too late.

Zelensky has done a good job on the Fox interview, saying the relationship is between the US and Ukraine, not him and Trump. He's trying to manoeuvre the negotiations towards fuuture security.
