Yeah it was brought up a few times. He was under oath and refusing to answer questions in respect of Trump's privacy. They grilled him on whether it's a written policy and if he can recite it and he couldn't, kept then referring back to his principles which mean feck all when you're under oath.
Just like McCabe and co last week, he was just being selective with his answers which cometely goes against the oath.

Timing yes, but could he be asked to testify again if he started to falter and they had further valid lines of questioning, or is a case of if you can't nail him in 10 minutes he dodges the bullets.
Its just a standard preset Q&A time. The people who make the rules don't really look it in terms of nailing someone, its moreso an opportunity to answer questions.
