So Trump's now delayed his meeting with the Aussie PM by 3 hours, so he can celebrate this bill passing.

A Beer Bash

A f-ing Beer Bash

These people know the electorate are a bunch of uneducated, ill informed imbeciles, who will vote against their self interest if their party asks them to do so - be they Republicans or Democrats.

- Wizards are losing
- Caps are barely hanging on (we always lose to the f-ing Pens)
and watch United mess things up too.

F this

They hopefully just wrote their own political obituaries.

As awful as this is, it could be a silver lining in future elections if the impact is really, really felt. For all of Trump's political posturing, he's not managed to achieve that much so far due to being something closer resembling a slobbering mess instead of a coherent, compromising politician. As a result there was a risk of people starting to think, "Eh, maybe he's not that bad after all." As awful as it'll be, if people start to lose their healthcare and it really, really has an effect upon them, they'll very much be turned off Trump/Republicans in the mid-terms and beyond, I'd imagine.

.@Reince exiting gop cloakroom tells me: "The president stepped up and helped punt the ball into the end zone."

Reince is such a loser - punting the ball into the end zone isn't a good thing ffs

"The president stepped up and helped punt the ball into the endzone for a homerun. Slam dunk."

Hope that of all Trump's historic shittweeting, this becomes the one that hangs him.

Wonder if the Koch Brothers had anything to do with the change of heart. Especially that they never read what was in the bill.

I just want Ryan's career to be over.

Ayn Rand loving piece of shit - look at how smug he is

I'd say this is vast hubris but it still doesn't seem to quite cut it.

Senate Republicans said Thursday they won't vote on the House-passed bill to repeal and replace Obamacare, but will write their own legislation instead.

A Senate proposal is now being developed by a 12-member working group. It will attempt to incorporate elements of the House bill, senators said, but will not take up the House bill as a starting point and change it through the amendment process.

ummm ok

If it's going to hurt people, you just hope it hurts them enough to finally vote these self serving cnuts out once and for all.

Yep, what I'm hoping for too. Trump's not been able to do much of what he was elected on thus far...so now people will finally start feeling the impact of a Republican agenda presumably.

So they're now giving WH access to the alt right types like Cernovich, who are confronting journalists in the briefing room.

I know Republicans are supposed to be the bad ones, well unless you're a white old man from Texas, but they really seem to be trying to go above and beyond.

Perhaps I wasn't old enough to notice it when Bush was in charge but perhaps Obama seemingly wanting to actually help people lulled me into a sense that politicians aren't this bad.

Cernovich is someone that would make the old switching tracks philosophy problem really easy to solve.

They have the right goals, but going about them with wrong intentions and making them wrong things.

Anti-Mexico instead of Immigration reform.
Anti-Muslims instead of beefing up domestic security.

then you have the really idiotic stuff on removal of environment protection laws, removal of laws against religious institutions in politics, removal of laws against sexual identity, abortion etc.

It's a mess.

I'm stuggling to see your logic when you admit their horrible flaws over the next few lines.
