Reckon the only reason Trump tweeted this was because one of his aides showed him the Breitbart article and what Mark Levin said. The claims about the FISA warrant have been reported before the election.
It cant be a coincidence that Trump makes this claim 1 day after Breitbart's article which is headlined

No to Europe’s far right and fascism - Front National leader Marine Le Pen could poll a high vote in the French Presidential election. Meanwhile refugees are being abandoned by Britain and Europe to destitution, drowning and exploitation.
Yes to a world free of racism, Islamophobia and anti-Semitism. Yes to a world where refugees and migrants are welcome. Yes to a world where black lives matter and we build bridges not walls.
We can turn back the tide of racism. Join us on Saturday 18 March and #MarchAgainstRacism.

I was watching a live stream on youtube of a couple of Trump supporters wandering around DC shortly after the rally and someone in the comments asked for an estimate of the attendance, his answer was "about 500, which doesn't seem like many but it was organised mostly by 'the gays'".

Which would suggest those 144 oppose the ban but don't have the balls to publicly admit it.
