There are bound to be transcripts of what sessions said.

How do I know?

Because that has been the pattern. Leak an idea (like sessions met with russians), let them deny it, then leak proof they did meet russians.

Let them deny there was anything involving elections or collusion, then leak proof there was.

It followed the same pattern with flynn and so on. Te intelligence people do this because it outs these people as utter liars, untrustworthy and gives them nowhere to go.

That they have fallen for the same thing at least three times now says all about trumps team. In way over their heads.

I said it before, Steele is no mug, he is a professional spy and has a reputation of being one of the best out there. In time, almost everything in that dossier will be shown to be true.

Agree. It was the press that focused on the salacious stuff and not the meat. But thankfully the professionals will look at the meat.

Not best pleased.

I sincerely hope you are right. I think Trump deserves nothing less either, for his team and himself to be systematically taken apart by the intelligence agencies he has ridiculed and openly criticised and for it to all be reported by the press he so despises and has spent months trying to discredit, would be the most delicious irony and also the most fitting demise to his pathetic joke of a Presidency. Having the two things he hates the most causing and commenting on his downfall would be the ultimate humiliation for Trump and his spawn. We/I can only hope this is true though because we have been here so many times before and thought he was done for, only for him to snivel his way out of it and all to be forgiven by his conscienceless supporters who have very short and very selective memories.

The most delicious irony is if he eventually gets locked up for it. Can you imagine how this pampered control freak with an attention span of a gnat would get on stuck between four walls for 22 hours a day and no Twitter to blither on about how FAKE and SAD it is that they have done this to him?

They will never lock him up. It would destroy the credibility of the office of POTUS. Put him within a box and the ride him out in one term.

Oh most definitely, it would be amazing, and nothing less than he deserves. The fact he would never be able to accept anything like that would make it all the more fitting for him. He literally thought he was above the law when he was just Donald Trump the (alleged) billionaire private citizen, you can only imagine how much that belief has multiplied now he is President. The one thing you can be sure of is that he wouldn't go quietly.

I do have a question though, does anyone have any idea how many people have been privy to Trump's tax returns? The Republicans voted to keep them private the other day but why? Have they all seen what is in them? So did they vote to keep them private because they don't want anything embarrassing to come out that would cause them to lose their President? Or did they just not want to be seen as going up against their President so they kept to the party line and all voted together so not to upset him but voted blindly without knowing what information they contained? Although my real question was how many people have seen them, and if they are eventually released and there was damning evidence in them, enough to get him impeached and even prosecuted, would that not make people that have seen them and contrived to keep them hidden, accessories to a crime? I's all so convoluted and dirty. It's disgusting really that someone who is so obviously crooked has been allowed to taint the Presidency and make such a mockery out of it.

I don't agree at all. I think keeping him there is destroying the credibility of the office far more. I also think the credibility of all involved (courts, prosecutors, intelligence agencies etc) would all go up if they did prosecute him. At least it would earn respect back and show that criminals cannot become President, or that someone cannot become President and use the position to line their own pockets and enrich their own lives while slacking on the important duties of the President.

I don't see the logic. Colluding with Russia to hijack a democratic election and steal power destroys the credibility of the office of POTUS. Letting him finish a term destroys credibility. Holding him accountable restores it.

Merriam Webster trolling 45 and his administration, respectively, is hilarious!

How much longer?
As long as either some Repulicans re-discover their spine and ethics, or until their own ratings hit rock bottom that their re-election is at stake.

I do have a question though, does anyone have any idea how many people have been privy to Trump's tax returns? ...
I can't answer your questions but wanted to point out that two House GOP members signed a letter of the Dems demanding 45 to release his tax returns. While I don't know their motivation, I acknowledge that at least some GOP people appear to be not totally rotten.

I sincerely hope so, and rather sooner than later!

 They were more rhetorical questions mate, we have been over and over it in here, it's just strange to me how people could vote against something they haven't even seen. I know about the two Republicans and like you think it's refreshing to know they aren't all going to just sit down and shut up and take whatever they are told to do.

People should FOIA the $hit outta these.

They won't be very interesting. It's just his official correspondence he naively used his own email for. I don't think Pence is corrupt like the rest of the Trump brigade. He's got bent conservative Christian principles but I don't think he's a corrupt politician. I think this is him keeping his nose clean and playing by the book so he's got public confidence when Trump gets his c'nuppins.

It said on the news that what Pence did was not illegal in Indiana. Is that true Clinton's case ? If not, might he have a way out ?

Good test for seeing how rabidly partisan Dems on twitter are though - I wonder will we see the 20 "smoking guns" a day like there were with DNC's emails.

I know that it seems to be taking a long time, but we have to remember, as big of a tit trump is, he is the president. No one will want to push charges or even accusations without 100% incontrovertible proof. They need to have this thing utterly watertight before going after him, else it will destroy US government and could even provoke a civil war.

This is serious, serious stuff, you are talking about a president who is compromised by a foreign power and acting in their interests while in the white house. There has never been anything like this before, Nixon is nothing compared to the reality of what is being suggested about trump.

When you think about the enormity of what is at stake, it is understandable that this is not simply spilled out all at once, they seem to be taking out the others one by one, but each person that is involved is one step closer to trump himself. The son-in-law stuff that is just emerging is really just one step away from stating trump was colluding with russia, no one is closer to him.

Doesn't matter. Delay him and the others destroying America.

:wenger: I know i should not be shocked or even surprised any longer but he still manages it. When he is not bragging or being a salty little bitch he acts like a complete loon. I know he thinks that twitter is his megaphone to the people so he won't have to deal with FAKE NEWS, but surely someone is his PR staff must see this is just an ongoing disaster

Christ on a bike, 45 demonstrates almost daily how wise foreign intelligence services are (a) to be careful what they share and (b) to spy on 45 and his gang.

Thoughts on the Obama slush fund? Pretty shit if true.

Fox, Americas Freedom Fighters, WND.com and World News Politics are the only ones I can see reporting on it. All of whom are right/far right/extreme right unreliable news sources.
