Donald will not get his 'Build the Wall' funding from a budget deal. Although the GOP and Dems will be behind closed doors and agree to increase work and education visa programs, but this part will be the buried part of the deal made to override Donald's veto power.
This is one of the reasons why American wages haven't increased much since the the 1980's.
