I'm pretty sure everyone went over this last year sometime. NDA's are not really permissible in government.
Are hey signing the NDAs with the White House or with Trump? I think that distinction is important?

In any case it's probably been written by someone incredibly incompetent meaning a half decent lawyer will get around it.
If his book is "based on made up stories and fiction" according to Trump, then how is he violating his NDA?
