As long as he's president, it won't happen and the chances of him being impeached are slim. Senate must vote by a 2/3 majority to impeach him. It means that regardless of who controls the Senate, Republicans must abandon him. They won't as long as he has the base support and the base support have been gaslighted. Republicans are simply not going to believe anything Mueller comes up with.
There is a fair chance he faces indictment charges if he loses the 2020 election.
On the other hand, I do think he could make mistakes when Jared and Don Jr are in trouble. I think both of them facing charges, is inevitable.

What I think might happen is that the stream of negatively could keep Republicans at home. I was looking at primary numbers for both parties. The Dems numbers look for higher than the GOP, who are usually the ones that turn up for midterms. Don't know if it means much.
