I think this is definitely different due to the fact they have already backed it up with the interview. They are goading Trump and his legal team all the time now. It has to be driving Trump crazy.

I've got a feeling that there is politics working hard in the background here. I've no idea on the legality of it but I get the feeling the narrative is being carefully controlled. Not that any of it is "fake news" like CA used for the Trump Campaign. Just that some Trump opposition has hit the jackpot finding her and is going to orchastrate the careful release of information right up until November. Fight fire with fire.
He's clearly dragging this out for a bigger pay day. He knows Trump is cornered in the sense that he cannot admit to the affair or deny it completely, so either he pays up or a judge repeals the gag order and they sell the story to the highest bidding tabloid.
I remember seeing a gif of this yesterday with the target replaced with the constitution. Looked fairly genuine as well and thought it was until I saw that reply to the tweet you posted.

I guess they must have some kind of documentary proof that they're planning on dripfeeding for a while to keep the story in the news. Would've been an early breaking of the hush agreement (to delete all communications) so would make sense for them to not make it public until the contract is void (if that happens).

Think he wants someone to deny the affair or their part of the story with the affair, don't think this is a thing he'll have proof of happening.
