I fully predict that even as they lie dying from whatever condition they can't afford to get healthcare for, Trump supporters will still blame Obama.
He won't lose any core support over this ridiculous bill and nothing will be done or said about it once it's passed despite how painfully obvious it is as a means of killing off anyone that isn't the 1%.

He's sued a bunch of people over the past few years for the same thing. His cases have never actually gone to trial or been before a judge. They've been thrown out.

They responded to the Cease and Desist letter, the threat of being sued, not this actual filed suit. This is new. Anyway, not important. What's going to be good is what John Oliver does this week in response. HBO released a statement saying they're fully behind them.

I'll have to watch it again, maybe I'm wrong but I'm positive that the entire point of that segment was that they knew a lawsuit is the follow up to a cease and desist letter. Because if you don't, then they follow it up with a suit. I'm not saying that this suit now being issued is what they were talking about, I'm just saying it's not a surprise that he filed it - they knew on Sunday that he would do if they didn't adhere to the cease and desist letter hence them provoking him. Basically, there was no chance this suit wasn't going to get filed.
