Ronaldinho talking about Alli and Roberto Carlos about Danny Rose. Nice to see one or two of our players attracting the attention of the wider footballing world, particularly Rose who IMHO is generally underrated.

you're still a sp*rs-loving cnut though. good posts or not.

Soon even you will be one also... you probably can sense the change within you happening already... an itch you can't scratch.. let it grow and cast aside your vile Ar*enal feelings. You too can be universally admired, particularly on a Man Utd forum just like Glaston.

I don't mind the current sp*rs that much as they are good to watch. They don't really have any real cnuts like the good old days. Graham Roberts, Shittingham, Ossie, Edinburgh, Samways, Paul Stewart, Ginola...that sort of twat.

If you win summat though I'm sure my hatred will reignite.

You're at home though. So I fancy you to be ok, you'll grind them down like you normally do in the 2nd half. They're also without Evans and he's been very good for this season.

Think you might struggle at Sunderland, I had you drawing that game but your tie against Wycombe is a bit fortunate so might have to revise that. If you can do the double against City then I think you're firmly in the title race myself. As i'm expecting Liverpools form to dip a bit. They're due a wobble.

I know shit.

At least you guys are above Arsenal though. Small positives.

No idea how but we are sitting second (assuming the Chelsea match ends a draw). We were truly awful tonight, like really bad. However to actually be second at this stage of the season is great.

Boro at home next for you followed by probably your most important fixture for the next few months against Liverpool at Anfield. You've got a nice run of fixtures after that until April.

I'd take a draw at Anfield right now if you offered it to me.

Aye, I think if you took a draw in that game then you could go back on a run of several wins in a row again. Liverpool going to Hull can't be sniffed at next, think Hull might do ok in that game. So you could be facing a severely wounded and demoralised Liverpool. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing, probably bad.

Oh really? http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/foo...targets-silverware-at-tottenham-a3454196.html

I assume you don't mean this recent article which contains quotes from Rose that reinforce the headline that he isn't thinking about moving anywhere and wants to win trophies and finish his career with Spurs?

Yeah. I think if Spurs don't start turning the net spend trophy into some real silverware he will be off. Probably with a few others. As he said he wants to win things and not finish at 35 with nothing.

Your interpretation of direct quotes is different from mine then.

Yeah I'm just thinking a few could be off. Who do you think would stay without silverware? Poss Kane as he's one of your own but any others?

So you ignore the direct quotes from Rose and now are basically trying to get a rise out of me. Nice one. I see your tag below your name was well earned. Go try it on somebody else.

Which United players do you think would stay for another season of EL football? Possibly Jones, Fellaini and one or two others, but then where else could they go?

I don't think Spurs will be raided for players bar maybe Alli/Kane, as it'd have to be a foreign club who went in for their players. The fees Levy would want for any of their players would put any team in England off.

He'd want £50m off us if we wanted Rose I bet.

We pay a lot more money than you do. Bit of a difference.

Notice how this thread is quickly about to turn to complete shit once again after a quite reasonable chat about the game and results tonight - look at the one's doing it also.

Will any of yours? Think you'll find Spurs are in the EL themselves minus any silverware. .

I believe we were talking about next season as far as the EL is concerned and players wanting out. Meanwhile this season Spurs are still in the hunt for two trophies.

But you didn't answer my question.

A win for Utd tomorrow night leaves 3 points between 5 teams. You might want to wait a while before talking about what competitions Utd and Spurs will be in next season. Do people still wonder why Glaston gets abuse?

You didn't answer mine? United won the FA cup last season and played CL football. This season they are in the top 4 race, in a cup final and still in two other cup competitions.

Spurs have won nothing and were embarassingly dumped out of the CL with the most valuable squad in England.

How much longer do top players go without silverware?
