1-0 down at HT at home against WHU.

With Chelsea away next week, this is a big half coming up for Spurs.

Pochettino understand what it takes to create a great team. Great comeback victory for him, which makes Spurs still unbeaten. I doubt Spurs will go unbeaten this whole season, but it might be worth a gamble with Pochettino in charge.

Spurs really needed that!

Very, very true ... after a long succession of league draws.

Apart from winning, the positives: the only unbeaten team across all English leagues + first league start for young Harry Winks and a first goal for him + Kane back on the goal trail + only 3 points off top spot.

I can't say we played all that well, but we stuck with it right until the end and got the rewards. But Winks looks to be a good prospect.

Could be a big win in the run up to Christmas.

Didn't Kane start slowly last year before going on a blistering run? Could be him back firing again and then Spurs really would be a prospect.

Even if we hadn't won we needed that second half display, in recent weeks we've lost our aggressive front foot football. Hopefully this will be the catalyst for us to find our form.

Don't panic when you go behind either, which is a great trait to have.

Did someone say Spuds were unbeaten in the prem because I wasn't entirely sure if I've read about it enough...

Best defence in Europe is noteworthy IMO, rather than a mere "something".
You need to have an attack to match it though. The average title winning team has around +55. Leicester won it last year with I think I'm correct in saying it was +35 and the lowest in PL history. On current form you are not even going to match that.

But we aren't hoping to win the title, our target this year is to try for top 4 again.

Poch reminds me of SAF of trying to build a team with young British talent. Kane, Alli, Deir, Rose, Walker, and now Winks is decent.

Hopefully it won't be long before Cameron Carter-Vickers and Marcus Edwards joins them.

I do like the spirit Spurs have, it's been going on for three seasons now, these constant comebacks and late goals. Even when they're playing poorly, fantastic trait to have, one we had before, member?
Apart from that Chelsea match where they completely lost their heads of course.

On a side note wtf is Janssen. Doesn't look like a Spurs or Pochetinno player to me. Some scouting went horribly wrong there.

I personally think Janssen is quite talented. The move to Spurs just came way to soon. Two years ago he played in the Dutch 2nd division. That's barely pro level. The move to AZ was a rather large one and then one year later to a big club in one of the strongest leagues in the world. Too much, too fast.

Janssen will be fine, he has an excellent mentality and needed a while to get going in the Eredivisie. But at this moment he should be back-up to Kane.

This Spurs 'unbeaten' league run will end at Chelsea next week, bank on it!

It would be so cushy being a Spurs fan right now

Excellent young manager, great group of determined young players, Harry Kane, always seem to win. Quite envious

I actually kind of like Janssen. I know him and Eriksen are currently the trendy dead horses to beat, but I think he's useful and will get to scoring. He's already incredibly strong and his hold up game is at a high level and I think the rest will figure itself out.

It's important to remember that he's a 22 year old striker. Those are almost never finished products and with his style of game I'm not expecting much to start. Also much like Kane he was a slow starter and didn't score his first few games in the Eredevisie last year before absolutely torching the league.

If Spurs had bought well last summer I'd have expected them to have a great chance of winning the league. I was surprised they weren't in for Mane, I think he'd have been perfect for them.

Spurs could finish anywhere between 2nd & 6th, if Spurs were to go out of Europe before xmas it should help their league form but looking as it stand they could be playing Thursday night football after xmas which clearly doesn't help.
