Best team in the league always wins the league in my opinion.Best team in the league

It's getting close to the point when i feel no pressure when watching us play at home because i expect us to win. May not seem like much but i cant recall feeling like this in my 35+ years supporting the team.
Yeah and it's also fair to say that @GlastonSpur has won this thread and left a few looking foolishWell, the poll has shown the caf up hasn't it. Not only made top 4 but comfortably the 2nd best team in the country.
Same.Looked suited to our style of playWanted Pochettino.
Well, that's water under the bridge.

But we have the most chances created in the leagueWhen you watch the likes of Spurs and Chelsea play we have fallen so far behind it's unreal.
To be fair, the majority thought it would be a close race between United and City for the title this year. I doubt many would predict United and Arsenal falling out the top 4 and the title being contested between Spurs and Chelsea. All you lot who voted that they wouldn't get top 4 this year are silly.
He says the same shite every year. Had to eventually get it right. Been here 10 years so he is right 10% of the time.
After this weekend:So if the unthinkable happens tomorrow and we beat Chelsea, I reckon Chelsea's arse could go in the run-in. Spurs very well placed now just 4 points behind.
On paper, they are better than Liverpool.Possibly the only top 6 side which is bigger than the sum of its parts. On paper they look the worst among the top 6, but on pitch, they can give any side a match

How do they look worse than Liverpool on paper?Possibly the only top 6 side which is bigger than the sum of its parts. On paper they look the worst among the top 6, but on pitch, they can give any side a match
Glaston aside, I'd find it rather satisfying if Chelsea got pipped by Spurs for the title.
Know a few too many Chelsea glory boys.
This isn't true in the slightest though. Ali, Eriksen, Dembele, Kane and even Son would walk into our first eleven.Possibly the only top 6 side which is bigger than the sum of its parts. On paper they look the worst among the top 6, but on pitch, they can give any side a match
On paper their first 11 is arguably the best.Possibly the only top 6 side which is bigger than the sum of its parts. On paper they look the worst among the top 6, but on pitch, they can give any side a match
Their Utd game will be their last at WHL, so I expect them to win that game and considering the way Arsenal are playing, they can win that game as well, they will get a draw even if Arsenal decide to show up.After this weekend:
Chelsea's remaining PL games: Southampton H, Everton A, Boro H, West Brom A, Watford H, Sunderland H
Spurs' remaining PL games: Palace A, Arsenal H, West Ham A, United H, Leicester A, Hull A
As much as I'd like for it to happen, Spurs' games are just tougher.
On paper, they are better than Liverpool.

Chelsea have looked nowhere near as good over this last month or so. If we can win tomorrow then Spurs have a really good chance.
Ali can still improve. Not sure Kane will, though.Great team. They have so many underrated players that put in brilliant performances week after week: Lloris, Walker, Dembele, Son, Eriksen.
Might be an unpopular opinion but I'll just throw this out there. This is as good a Spurs team as it gets, with most of their players in and around their respective peaks. I don't think they can improve on this next season. They've reached the pinnacle that they've been building towards for several years.
I'm pretty sure had you said that at the start of the season, people would've ridiculed you. On pitch, the statement is true but on paper, it's not true. Chelsea, City and us have a better XI on paper and possibly Arsenal fans would've claimed the same at the season's startOn paper their first 11 is arguably the best.

Lucky for us games are played on the pitch and not on paper then.I'm pretty sure had you said that at the start of the season, people would've ridiculed you.
