Tonight was so Spursy it's unreal. They are forever doomed to be Spursy. It doesn't matter who manages them, who plays for them or what stadium they play at, they will always Spurs it all up somehow

Spurs have been quite simply terrible at Wembley this season and that's just a handful of European games, next season they will play all their games there.. could be interesting.
They've been horrible in Europe, a bit like we were under Rodgers. That's definitely an area Pochettino needs to improve on.
If we keep playing like we have done at Wembley I can look forward to watching Championship football at our great new stadium in 2 seasons time.

I guess it does come down to a lack of experience and some naivety from the players. Most of them are still quite young and fingers crossed will learn from these experiences and become better players. fecking frustrating though.

Glaston was living it up when Spurs were in the CL and we were in the EL. Since then, Spurs have been knocked out of the CL and have now gone out of the EL before us, too.

Major honours? You've got a couple of FA cups, a Cup Winners Cup, I'll give you an UEFA Super Cup. That's pretty good, I admit, but it's 4.6 major honours in the 7 years before Roman bought the club. How many have you lot won in the last 7?

Yep we actually didn't play badly tonight considering we lost Alli, we had more than enough chances to win but didn't take them. Fingers crossed we keep our heads up and get back to better form very soon.
