Gaming The SM RedCafe League

 I'll give him an increase. He shipped 3 goals but 1 was an own goal.

It was an extremely tight match.

I had 48% to his 52%.
I had 30 shots to his 28
14 on target to his 12
both had 7 corners
I had 2 yellows he had 1.

The better team just shaded it.

Very open match then. City on 57, you on 56 and Chelsea on 55. Wow.

I'm on a good run, but I can't see me catching West Brom. fecking hell, WBA in the CL :(

Remaining fixtures look interesting for the top 4 teams. Ipswich have the 'easiest' run in while the other three are pretty tough. Good chance of Ipswich finishing top of the league come the end of the season (below each I've put the total points gained in those 8 games in the first half of the season).

14 points 15 points 12 points 15 points

Tough thing for me and Omar is we face both Derby and Leicester City who are both on great runs compared to earlier in the season. Blackpool win v Ipswich would be perfect, and the games between the four sides will play a big part in deciding who will go up.

I'll be content with a playoff place now tbh.

I'll be happy if I can get any of the automatic spots (though if I don't finish top given the length of time I've been there I'll be a bit disappointed). 12 points should be enough given the gap between first and third and the fact you both have some pretty tough games too - the only difficulty is trying to work out where I can get those 12 points from. Whatever happens it's been a good season and the competition has been great.

The fight for the play-offs will be very interesting with the number of sides in with a chance of getting there.

Great time for me to string back to back wins together after I'd dropped out of the play off spots.

It's so tight in Div2 at the min.

Got a beating by Chelski. No surprise really! Alot of teams around me also dropped points, so all in all a good time to lose my first game in 10 in the league.

Also well done Z, league is very interesting top and bottom now, especially with Big Andys good win too.

Whoever was enquiring after Wass, yes I probably would let him go on loan. It deleted your message though

Won 1-0 away to Notts Co  Cvitanich with the winner on 5 minutes

Really odd that Storari gets a 5 with a clean sheet, yet Ahmahda lets one in and he gets a 7

West Ham next. Should have a full line-up available for that one, but would take a draw

Suprise fecking suprise, well done Andy.

:D

Manager of the Month awaits...I'm already one win away from being Wigan's best manager in terms of points won...which says a lot about the former managers more than it does about me...

Got Chelsea next though...away as well...but I've got a couple of tactical ideas which might level the playing field...

My target is to get off the bottom of the table so I don't finish bottom...

GUYS, injury is fecking me up right now.

Please, is there any 88+ player on loan? Forward, winger, or midfielder, anything.

I am really annoyed by lack of rating changes. Just 2 league reviewed in more than a month.

..

Easy there. They just started with this game and didn't understand what it was all about. went by what they played in FM.

It is a pain. I could only afford one Czech player but he went up a few and I've doubled my money (the best ones were already taken I think).

Very weird the length of time it has taken. There aren't that many teams in both leagues (16 in each, 32 in total) yet at times it feels like there have been days when no players have been reviewed, and when players have been reviewed it hasn't been that many.

Did Darida increase?

No he hasn't. It seems like they've only reviewed 12th to 7th placed teams. I don't know if that means they won't be doing 13th to 16th.

But DANICEK, Vlastimil went up 5 in the ratings from 75 to 80 and is now worth 1.9M. Not bad considering I bought him for 550K.

Top 11 teams in Division 2 and their remaining fixtures (games against other teams in the top 11 also highlighted in red - not included Birmingham or Bristol City due to fitness issues and injuries/suspensions).

Portsmouth, Peterborough, Barnsley and Brighton are all in the relegation battle so those games could be fairly tough too. Crystal Palace play three teams in the relegation zone/battle followed by the five teams currently in the top 11. Tough run. There are quite a few tough runs with only Ipswich and Forest having the 'easiest' of the lot.

Derby v Leicester next in particular should be a good game given their good spell of form.

Nice work Damien. I really hope I'm in the same division as you next season.

Games against teams in the relegation zone should be the easiest out there theoretically. It's not like the game takes into account player motivation.

fecking hell I've some final 5 games.

Cheers, and that is what I was thinking - though I did only pick up 1 point in the two games against Barnsley...

Their team strengths aren't that great either (which can play a big part as seen by Derby and Leicester) and those with a decent team strength have got a few injuries and all haven't had great records lately.
